How To Keep Your Energy Account Alive and Steal All Its Money

Zynga has officially nerfed us when it comes to attacking iced targets.  Your energy account just got a little more valuable because now you can use it as a live target.  A little creativity is required but the process I have been using to steal Baht from my energy accounts will work to maximize your stamina when you want live targets to attack.  This is currently what attacking an iced target will do for you.  It's not good so now we are forced to find live targets if you want to have better exp/stamina ratios and loot drops from fighting.

Now that I can use my energy account in Las Vegas, I'm working on buying the last few faction items that I need from Bangkok.  I'm frequently asked how I got enough Baht to do this.  The system I use is very time consuming and it's best to let it run when you aren't physically on the computer.  I will outline my Baht Stealing System and add some pointers on attacking your energy account for better experience and loot yields.    
You need the following things to make it work.  Having a second computer makes it easier to monitor but it works fine using separate windows on one computer.

Defending Account

Auto-Healing

Quick Healer Bookmarklet

Unframe your Main Account and Run Quick Healer.  You'll know it's working when you look at your health and see "Auto-Heal".  Once this program is activated, it will heal in the city you are in.  If you are stealing Baht, you will sacrifice some of it to heal.  If this is unacceptable to you, use option B.  While on auto-heal you can play the game as you normally would.  If you are stealing money, remember to stay in the same city that you want currency from.  You won't get any Baht if you go to LV and play.

Attacking Account

This program has an auto-healer build into it, so you don't need to worry about putting the attacking account on a separate auto-healing program.  Go the the Mafia Wars profile of the defending account, unframe it, manually attack it once and activate AttackX.  The defending account will now be attacked until your stop the program or the attacking account runs out of stamina.  If you leave it running, it will attack as stamina is regenerated.

The results of my runs today are below.  I used option A for both auto-healing and attacking.  The purpose of these runs was to steal baht from my energy accounts.  The high end fighting loot statistics can be analyzed from here but it would have been better if I set the delay higher so that there were no occurrences of attacks while the defending accounts were iced.  To figure out what the delay should be you need to calculate how many attacks it takes to ice your account and divide that number into 60 seconds.
