techcrunch.com provides us with good insight as to what goes on behind the scenes during a quest for reward points. None of this surprises me. I just can't stop playing Mafia Wars. What is the force that drives us to continue playing this game? For me it's 95% the people and 5% Zynga. The 5% is because they created a great game. They are just having problems maintaining that greatness.
