Gifting Page Down on Some Accounts

Arun's Mafia Helpers posted that the gifting page is unavailable to some users.  If you are trying to send a gift to someone whose account is effected, the item amount and user list will not work when using The Chucker.  You can still send gifts as long as you load The Chucker from the recipients Mafia Wars profile page.
