UPDATE: There are only 5 items. The 6th item shown in the original post is for the Daily Fix.
The Daily Take loot has been updated but this is never a big deal. The loot sucks and even if it was good most of us go for the skill points. All previous generations of this loot had 5 items but one appears to have 6. it is possible that the 6th items is for something else as we are due for a Daily Fix update as well. The last Daily Take update was 3 months ago [1]
