Loading Issues Solved by Fight Carnage?

Share:

I don't think it's a coincidence that the loading issues magically stopped once Fight Carnage was introduced to the game [1]. It's not rocket science to deduce that the server calls have been greatly reduced and script abuse was most likely the culprit for loading issues. I know a lot of players don't like this feature but if it is reduces server overload than I imagine it will stay. So far Zynga has been changing things that players complained about. The ratios have improved and cash gained from fights has increased. The survey is sort and simple and if you don't like this feature it's probably best to tell Zynga why. If they keep adjusting this feature than those who don't like it may change their minds. I do like the reduced healing timers as it makes Boss Fights easier and faster (ie, Overlords and The Raven). Healing is also cheaper but that shouldn't be an issue unless you are low on New York cash. For me, ices come much faster but I understand it may be harder for accounts that don't have a lot of stamina or health and for those that don't self level. It's important that these players explain the problems and maybe Zynga can do something to adjust it. I also hear players complain that Mock Wars are not as fun as they used to be. I think a reasonable solution would be to offer fighting like it used to be in 1 destination. If that's possible without causing server issues than it may be a happy solution. I'mm not a fighter so my opinion on this feature should not be taken as seriously by Zynga. I've always been against Zynga catering to 24/7 serial leveling script users and at this time that is exactly what it does. Because that's what I am, I do love this feature but understand it's not good for the game if the fighters are going to quit over it.

  1. For me the most mysterious question is: Why is there NO communication of Zynga?!
Okay, you have the FAQ's a bit when you click on the "?" ,but what is there more?
No timer, happy hours are gone, loot is dropping rare, ratio realy sucks the most of the time!
I hope Zynga comes with some explaining. The loading is better, but let us wait a few more days and than cry victory,maybe...

  2. I use Firefox clone Pale Moon. It still freezes in the game. Chrome and its clone Comodo Dragon seem to have stopped doing that. In Pale Moon there is no option but to go back to FB and keep trying to get back in. Pale Moon itself is fine, and so are any web sites I visit with it. But PM freezes for me in the game, even after Fight Carnage.

    1. Hi LGD :P

The loading issues have significantly improved for me, and game play seems to be a lot smoother. There is less refreshing the game, and since they fixed the ratios, I'm approximately in the same position xp-wise, when all my stamina is done, BUT, I'm finding that if I don't hit lower level players, I can't get ices. Monster health players are even harder to ice than they were before. I expect that it is because of the 5 second delay between attacks and faster heal times. I like to fight and ice those from my rival attackers list, and most who land there have monster health, so it is really pissing me off that I do not have a prayer to ice them. I also feel badly for picking on lower level/lower health players, in order to fulfill icing requirements in events such as Urban Assault. I want the fighting to return to the way it was before, and if I have to cope with more loading issues, then it is something I will have to grin and bear. Better that than have the majority of my friends quit the game because they can't stand carnage fighting, and many have said they will quit if carnage stays.

    3. Same for me. I had no loading issue before this carnage shit. For that point It's impossible to play for me. Game is loading but stop after the mission bar is displayed. After trying the home page appear but not one request button works (powercard, extorsion, travelling). Nothing. .I'm trying to have the fame displayed since one hour and nothing just nothing happend ! . Never seen such a bloody company having so much direspect for the people ! I

  3. I still experience plenty of loading issues, freezing, black screens, white screens, the sad face... carnage has not changed that. But I spend a lot less time playing, because my stamina is gone so quickly.

    1. Agreed when you spend more time out of stamina than you do having stamina then there is no fun left in the game. I can finish my stamina in 5-7 minutes then sit idle for 1-2 hours. Game loses it's appeal. If this stays then more than likely I will quit because the game isn't fun any more especially when they release 6 events at the same time.

    2. I never used to have loading issues , now they are horrendous! I hate the carnage because fighting is no longer fun and that was the last fun aspect left.
Maybe they moved the big accounts to a working server? because the game has become almost unplayable for me.

  4. The reality is no matter what zynga does the complaining won't stop. If they go back to the way it was then the loading issues will be back. Not to mention those who like it won't be happy. If they choose a destination(s) then folks will complain about what was chosen. Zynga is in a daily no win situation because no matter what they do in the game people will just bitch and moan. Until folks get over worrying about "ME" nothing will ever change.

  5. you want new players and keep the old? copy/paste MW but w/ zero members in it to start out. both MW and MW2 universes co-exist but ne'er the members from each to meet. clean slate brings in the newbs while the monster accts in MW1 still battle from on high. overhead would be minimal eh? then later add feature for crossover fights/etc ;)

  6. I got that server timeout issue yesterday... and I still hate the fight carnage

  7. When a game loses millions of players, the problem is not with those who complain. For every "whiner", I suspect that hundreds just simply leave.

  8. My mini account does not have much stamina, but because everyone's attack is a percentage .. it does not take me much to attack from there (Only 60 stamina per attack!) So it looks to me that we are all on a relatively level playing field now. I was concerned at first that if my opponent was already iced, I was using all that stamina for nothing, but that is not the case .. it only takes a very small fraction of the stamina.. have not checked mine, but it only seems to 'waste' 5 stamina if my mini attacks a 'dead' player, which is the same as it always has been for fights outside of N Y. Huge benefit to MY account is the huge amount of cash obtained from fighting .. I was struggling to finish Brazil.. but picked up 8,000,000 + yes! 8 Million! from fighting in Brazil yesterday... enough to complete my final jobs :)

  9. Maybe it's just me but the loading issues have been much worse this week. Maybe because they released like 10 more new things at the same time.

  10. Part 1 For the past 6.5 years I've painstakingly built my account to fight. High health, high stamina, high attack and defense. I don't know if it's true, but, it has felt like the most difficult kind of account to build in this game. Eventually, people complained that they couldn't ice folks any more, and my high health was "taken care of" by Zynga, who "leveled the playing field" by somehow making people with low health survive longer. I can see this in a friend's account who has 400 health and it still takes me 20-30 hits in classical fighting to ice her. That was a blow to most of us, but we recovered fairly graciously. Then came the arena. Suddenly, my attack skills mean nothing, and an ice has been "redefined" not to mean Skill (attack and defense), but to mean 500 stamina points gives a defined ice. That was the next shocker to me. I was really offended by the Arena re-definition of an ice (Zynga, you blew it by not having actual PLAYERS on your payroll to tell you this was a seriously bad idea). Suddenly, everybody and their brother could get ices if the only thing they had in their accounts was stamina. Defense, which is supposed to play a part, mostly doesn't. The arena broke my heart. BUT, I could still fight, I still had the option to fight manually in any city I chose. My account was still relevant in the grand scheme of things. Even though I was suddenly taken from the TOP of the icing pool to DEAD BOTTOM of the icers in my group, I still trudged onward, enjoying what I enjoy from the game. If Fight Carnage is going to become the new normal, then, honestly, I don't see reason to play the game any more. Even if, as Jen suggests, one city is left for traditional fighting, it's a bit like sticking Grandma in a nursing home. Slowly, all the things that were relevant to the poor woman are being taken, bit by bit, and she is relegated to the dustbin of life, before she's even dead. One of the (formerly) great things about this game was that you could build your account in a lot of different ways and still be part of the mix of things, still be relevant, and still be part of a community of players. With the advent of forcing all of us into red tag groups, that community started to fall apart. If you were part of a large group, more than 100, you got forcibly "divorced" from your family. As we all soon found, having a 'sister' red tag family was not really that easy. So, families dwindled and drifted. Instead of being lead by our own fun, our own devices, we were Zynga-intent driven. Now, all of the events for families and even individuals are energy and stamina-based (which I don't have in abundance). For those of us with high attack and defense, there is no longer a point to us. Fight carnage is not fun, and I don’t like it, so there’s not much else to do right now. I've mastered the Limited Time Property but I'm actually embarrassed to write that. I hate that never-ending spam-generating train-to-nowhere feature. Frankly, Zynga you're doing a worse job telling us how to play the game than we were doing before you started these endless events and activities and in-game "features". So, summary for Zynga--your ideas suck, folks. You had a great game but you're bent on killing it. All these changes may be great on the back end, but you've taken the mistaken road of listening from a distance--only the loudest voices carry. Some people are quiet but deadly, as in, they're not going to complain, they're just going to leave. Eventually you'll figure out that you don't have a player base any more (oops, did I just point out the obvious?!)

    1. Wow. Great post on the game coming from a fighting perspective. I feel bad for all of those who spent thousands of dollars on this game. When the game shuts down all of that time and money are gone. Zynga doesn't care about the players at the end of the day. Ruined a truly great game.

    2. That was a GREAT post!! So well said and accurate. Thank you for stating the obvious for the zygnoits. I'm starting to hate this game too and only continue because of the wonderful people that play the game even though that list is getting shorter.

  11. Part 2 The fatal flaw with this sort of game is that anybody starting now just doesn't have an advantage over a longer player… unless you make sure they do. The disadvantage of that is that you are constantly dumping on the older players. And we are dedicated, and resilient, and have been for a long, long time. But if you take classical fighting away and redefine an ice one more time by making fight "carnage" the new norm, Grandma here is going to say "F Off Zynga". I'm not a gamer (like many who have played this game for a long time). I'm not gonna go play another one of your games EVER EVER EVER in the future. If you lose me you have lost a customer for life, period. Go pay your CEO more than any other company (even Google) in the SF Bay Area with my sincere regrets. It's time that greedy bastard gave up some of his income to hire a consultant or two or ten from the U.S.A. who Plays. Pay them instead of just snooping on Jen’s blog for free (I’m fairly sure you don’t pay her, snort.) Get some decent advice from a cross-range of players and act on it, or sell this game to another company that isn't bent on trying to kill it. You have a golden goose that lays golden eggs. Play your cards right and a lot of people could play this game for a very long time into the future. That won't happen, however, unless you start doing things differently. ~RLP

  12. I really dislike Carnage. I'm in a birthday bash this weekend and can't play. Can't hit and switch to play, scripts are broken or don't run a bucket, and I am not spending $150 or whatever it costs to get a gold demon. You can no longer fight the old way, nor can you participate in events the new way unless you pay $ to have scripts that work. I find myself between a rock and a hard place. Don't know what the answer is but I'm really not having a good time right now.

    1. lol, last time I checked I didn't have a boss and if I did I would really want a paycheck. I'm not defending anything. For the way my account is built and the fact that I'm not a fighter, I like it and it hasn't slowed down my leveling at all. I realize not everyone has an account like mine so that is why I ask for those who don't like it to say why. This post was pretty much saying that if the loading issues are resolved because of this feature than we can pretty much bet it isn't going anywhere. Zynga seems to be making adjustments based on feedback so whining and complaining you hate something isn't as effective as saying why.

      Delete
    2. Well it seems clear then you would be squealing like a stuck pig if Zynga were to change the experience ratios on jobs downward such that the best job yielded 2.2. so with that said, you are just a self-interested with no idea how to comprehend the scam that this is for stamina players.

      Delete
    3. Game was built on the backs of fighters. We all know that and saying otherwise is delusional. Cutting them off at the knees is bad for every player in the end. If not why so many comments on this post? See more than 2 comments on any other blog post here? Didn't think so...

      Delete
    4. Any time there is any change there will always be a lot of comments. What is there to say about a 20th version of some event anymore? We all assume that the fighters are the revenue but we don't have all the facts on that as they don't show us where their revenue comes from. There are also a lot of theories out there that Zynga is doing this on purpose to drive players away. Nobody but Zynga knows what's going on and we will never have all the information.

a newly added "Carnage code" is not going to make any changes in game loads trust me
for someone that is running a game blog i thought you to be smarter then that to say such a thing,
a lot of players are still having load issues btw
this Carnage is pretty much for low ratio players they will not notice much and will love it for sure as they can burn the stamina faster
players outside the self leveling ratios are having a even harder time now then before and they need a bigger junk of exp to level again , thus being not fun as players need to wait way way longer to get a chance to play again
players are dropping out by the hundreds because of this latest change. they are loosing a big junk of the already small playing base that's left over
its a dying game for sure and this just helped a little more to speed that up , been for a while now its not if but when .
VIP fighter myself , was working on getting my ratio down but this just made it 10x as hard
so this will be my last month, i hope all others VIP's that are left also cancel . its just not worth-ed anymore wasting money to these Clowns.
they are NOT listening to us and our worries we have nor to make any changes we want , so if its that they REALLY want to kill the game but are trying to go out the backdoor slowly while still sucking leftover $$ , then so be it lets KILL this game and stop all VIP's and give them no more $$$$$

    1. I never said it was the code, I said it was the reduction of server calls. These are 2 entirely different things. Since you are anonymous, I can't say that I thought you were smarter than that. I and many others have not had to deal with loading issues like it was before this came out. I use Chrome. Maybe other browsers still have issues. As you see there is a question mark at the end of the title. Obviously you didn't read the post because I pretty much stated the same thing as you just did. You must have stopped after the title. It's only been a few days so you can't really say all these hundreds of players have really quit. Saying you are as part of a rant is a lot different than actually doing so.

    2. I've contacted google about these video ads. I checked no to them since the day I got this blog and I don't know how to get rid of them. The blog is not really a business. I make very little in ad revenue and it's not that important. I just don't know enough about it on how to fix it. If I totally removed all ads then I would end up spending my own money on keeping the site on line. The ad companies are the ones who pick the ads, not me.

I've already lost tons of members from my families cause of this event and they continue to run it more will leave..it seems like the writing is on the wall.. Say goodbye to Mafia Wars, this is the event Zynga has introduced to end the game.. which is a good thing.. Cause too many people's identities are wrapped up in the game..

  17. Loading problems are back. They're not as bad as before (yet) but they are slowly creeping back.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I run 3 accounts - a stamina-heavy fighter, an energy account and a balanced account. I didn't have many loading problems before Fight Carnage, and don't have many now. I have mixed feelings about Fight Carnage since I think it has both pro's and con's. Fighting is faster because stamina is consumed faster but I don't know that that translates into as many, or more, ices.

Where I am feeling more pain, however, is on this site.

    (1) My display keeps jumping to the bottom of thread when reading content or writing a comment. I had to scroll back up to paragraph to which these comments are associated at least 30 times to read it all.after it loads.
    (2) I have a terrible time connecting to this site and the infinite circle spins continuously while I'm on the site. I have an even worse time using the links to Daily Free Stuff; it can take 5-6 tries to connect.
    (3) I pick up bits and pieces of audio from advertisements while I'm on this site. I turned the sound off on my laptop because it became so annoying.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Yeah I can't figure out why the jumping to the bottom is there. I does it to me too. I'm working on the video ads too. I have specifically said no video ads since the beginning of having this blog and I have no idea why they are there or how to make them stop. Truth of the matter is I don't know enough about this stuff and I don't have the time or really the desire to put too much effort into it. If that is what causes the blog to die than so be it. I've tried to quit it many of times so if it's something out of my control than maybe I'll be able to do that finally.

      Delete
    2. I look forward to reading your blog daily in spite of the issues I described above. Keeps me current on what's new in the game and highlights information I might have missed. Additionally, I appreciate your suggestions about events to skip because the return isn't worth the cost.

I must admit, though, that I don't usually read the walk-through's I enjoy finding my own way through those types of events, even if I make a few mistakes along the way.

You've made references to quitting the blog before. If you're really burned out with it, maybe you should. A lot of us would miss it but you need to do what's best for you. :-)

      Delete
    3. Try opening the blog in an incognito window. That might allow you to read the blog. If I were to guess, you likely have a plugin that is interfering and causing the problems. If that doesn't work, not sure...

      Delete
    4. I looked into that as well when there were issues in the past with these types of ads. It tuned out it was browser issues on the users end and there was nothing I could do about it. And I don't think I can stop, it's like an addiction. It's what I'm used to doing while I watch tv or have some downtime. It doesn't interfere with anything in my life and thanks to all the copy/paste stuff Zynga puts out, its rather easy and not very time consuming anymore. If it ever starts to interfere with anything than I would totally be able to quit. For now I just go with the flow and whatever happens, happens. I'm detached enough that losing the blog to technical issues or a game closure wouldn't upset me in anyway.

    1. I've been saying ever since the Arena came out that Zynga is rewarding and encouraging script abuse and serial leveling accounts. This feature is another demonstration of that. When the focus went to high energy and stamina and strength became meaningless, it was bad for fighters. I honestly think the new Mafia Wars Team lost touch with the fact that fighters were the ones who spent money (at least in the past). Strength means very little in the game and it's been that way for quite some time. I don't think a random sample of why 20 or so fight clans don't like Fight Carnage is enough to change things at this point. It's totally understandable why those who like Mock Wars would hate this feature. Hopefully Zynga can see that but will they do anything about it?

      Delete
    2. The rough timespan for a fight or arena event seems to be between 5 and 7 days. Rarely do they go past this amount of time for fighting/arena. This 'event' has now been active 4 or 5 days (but feels more like 4 - 5 weeks). If it goes past 7 days, then it will be time to worry in ernest. I'm really not feeling comfortable that there is no duration noted on anything I can see, and that the survey they put out made it seem like they want to make it permanent. We all know from surveys past that they generally do the opposite of what the majority of players want, so perhaps this time next week, I will be free from the game completely. I'm going to treat it as a win either way. If they put fighting back to normal, fine, I'll be happy. If they don't put it back to normal and they cause me to quit, I might even be happier. I don't want to make plans for all my free time, in case I jinx it.

So why dont you and the rest that realy dont like the core of this game find another game that you realy enjoy....this is obviusly not the game for you.....even though you have more skills and ice then me...this all was just a realy weird article from you and in my thoughts realy hostile to the game you gota be on zyngos payroll

    1. lol, I'm egotistical because I like something that you don't? I said right in the post that my opinion shouldn't matter because I don't do much fighting. I use my stamina on other things. If fighting were removed from the game, it wouldn't affect my play at all. I like that we can heal faster, big deal of what I like versus what you like. I have more skills and ices than you because I built my account differently than you. Sounds like you might be the one that needs to find a new game because it's not the game for you. Mafia Wars has gone way past fighting and it's been that way for years. You didn't adapt so now you are screwed when they mess with fighting. The funny thing is that building a serial account made it possible for me to do everything without spending a dime. Not the smartest thing for a gaming company to do but they are obviously more concerned with the script using serial levelers than they are with the fighters. Don't get mad at me for saying it like it is. I'm just the messenger.

      Delete
    2. Adapt to what? The game is called Mafia Wars. This game has been funded and carried on the backs of fighting accounts. Without the fighters you wouldn't have a game to blog about in the first place. People have spent years and thousands of dollars to build their fighting accounts. If fighting stopped tomorrow your game would change because it wouldn't last very long without the revenue from that group. You are correct that Zynga is being dumb with this strategy but you don't seem to realize how important the fighting players are to the overall health of MW.

      Delete
    3. We are well aware of what the game is called and what it used to represent. You must have missed the memo that Zynga stopped caring about the fighters years ago. All events are geared towards serial levelers using scripts. It's been said many time, by me and others, but the pattern continues. You also seem to assume that I care if I have a game to blog about or for that matter a game to play. You didn't adapt to the trend of where the game was heading. I do realize the importance of the fighters. I've simply pointed out that Zynga doesn't.

    4. So you don't care about the game or your blog? I assumed you cared about both by your words and actions but apparently I was mistaken. My bad...lmao

    5. Make up your mind. You said before you are addicted and won't stop until they shut the game down. Now you don't care one way or the other?

      Delete
    6. That is all true. I won't stop until I have no choice. If I have no choice and have to stop, I won't be that upset about it. I will miss the game and the blog but I will get over it pretty fast. That's kind of what addictions are.

  22. I always assumed the biggest group of spending came from the fighters. If they leave I can't imagine the game could survive that financial hit. Could be different now though.

    1. I wonder that myself. I always assumed the same as you but Zynga has ALL the information on that topic, we only have assumptions.

  23. So may be a workaround for the loading issue. After suffering for it for the introducing from the carnage shit and after noticed that there were loading issue just after connecting to the site X-edge-chat.facebook.com (where X is usually a number) I analysed with FireBug from FireFox the network streams. I saw as a response a JSON bad formated number implying a heartbeat feature. Well... So it seems more to be a FB error than a MW error. AFter a while thinking I tried to open a new facebook session but this time with the option "Keep my session alive" checked ! And guess what ? I could connect and play the game. Slowly but playing. So if you can confirm this "workaround" it could be nice for the community of players.

  24. When I sign in to the game in the mornings, out of habit, I usually open 4 tabs, expecting 3 of the 4 I opened to be dead screens. This was somewhat fixed during the first few days of this evil event, as the page loads, while still slow, would at least open to the game 3 times out of 4. This all changed this morning and it seems everything is back to the dreadful 1 chance out of 4 the game would open properly. I thought perhaps the event was over and that things were back to normal, but nope. When I checked the fight screen the event was still on, SO, if I was not convinced before that there was no benefit to keeping things this way permanently, I am fully convinced now that they should put the game back to normal fighting, given what they were trying to fix in the first place is beyond repair.

  25. If this weekend is any indication of what is to come if this carnage event soon doesn't end, the game will be closed by the end of next week. After hours of gameplay today and yesterday, if player updates (Spock) can be believed, I have been hit a total of 4 times in in the past 48 hours (less about 10 hours total of nap time, so, more accurately, 38 hours or so). One of these attacks was from someone's off-the-rails rabid kami, lol (thanks for the xp but the hundreds of thousands you gave me did not register, that I noticed). This is well below the normal amount of hits I get, win or lose, regardless whether there is an arena event going or not. It is a worrisome result, because I interpret it to mean there are a lot less active players than there were last weekend, before the carnage started.

  26. Loading issues...check...people leaving the game and cancelling VIP...check...me not playing the game as I used before...check...all signs that next month Zynga will shut down the game as sheduled, all this is only to justify their decision and they can claim that they have less revenue and people playing.

    1. People have been saying the same thing for years, and each time they are proved wrong and the game keeps going. One day of course the doom merchants will be right, in a similar way a broken clock is wrong twice a day!!

I'll admit there isn't much to be pleased about with the game now, but there is one positive that has come from fight carnage and that's the XP received when hit by a weaker player. If you use Kami's etc then it'll make little odds, but for players like me who don't use them it's great. Instead of earning 10 XP or whatever I'm now earning in excess of 1k XP each time I get hit. My account isn't built to serial level, but I can use all my energy/stam then pretty much level up in a few minutes just by healing and collecting the free XP. And the other bonus, each hit only counts as one loss so if you do get hit by a stronger player your stat's aren't hurt as badly as they would be if they hit you 50 times. There we go, a little bit of positivity for a change.

    2. The xp you see in players updates is a lie. A big fat one. I have been monitoring the xp gains closely. I don't own kamis so any time someone hits me and loses, I notice and watch for the xp to register. Last night I was hit 9 times by someone who lost to me. According to players updates, I got over 30K xp delivered to me. Guess how much I actually got? About 1100 xp to help me to the next level. Try it yourself and see.

  27. Just tried it again and it seems to be working ok. Are you sure you're giving it enough time to update?

There is a delay between getting hit and receiving the credit (XP) for it, but it eventually catches up after a few minutes. To be fair I've only tested it a couple of times but it looks ok on my account?

    1. Yes, I'm absolutely positive. The xp showing in players updates is far more than they are actually crediting to the person being hit. I spoke with someone who does use a kami and they get something like 25K xp every 5 minutes under normal fighting, and they still get only 25K xp every 5 minutes, when the xp showing in their player updates is showing as about 400 - 500K xp every 5 minutes. They also did a one hit attack and even though their players updates is showing that one hit was a few thousand xp, they only got 10 xp credited.

I asked someone who uses a kami because I am unfamiliar as to what is regular passive xp earned from attacks and they said they are getting the same amount of xp as they were before. No changes. So the players update big xp being reported is not accurate.

    2. Ever since the nerfed passive exp it's always been that way. They never adjusted the information on player updated to reflect what you actually get after the nerf. It just shows a lot more now because we are doing more damage per hit. This will benefit players who don't use kamikaze accounts because they will end up getting the same limited passive exp that kami users get because each attack on you that is lost by the attacker will yield more exp than before.

    3. Unfortunately it does not seem to be working that way. At first I was excited because for me it would have meant I would be getting big kami xp from one-off hits from the fight list but that is not happening. Before, if someone hit you from Brazil any other city but New York, you'd get anywhere from 5 - 15 xp per attack, and that has not changed. Unless my math is waaaaay off, I am still only getting from 5 - 15 xp from single attacks, even though the one hit registers a couple thousand xp on the updates. This is why I asked a friend who does use kamis, because he knows what he's doing better than I do, to try hitting himself with a kami one single time to see how much xp from that hit he would get, and even though that one hit showed up as a few thousand xp on his updates, it only showed up as 10 xp in actual credit. Surely it can't only be the two of us getting robbed on all this awesome xp from single hits, but with my luck it is, lol.

    4. It's very difficult to measure passive xp because of the way it's set up. It resets each day and follows an equation. Once you hit certain caps, it goes way down. So the time of day that you are testing it factors in. I'm sure it needs to be retested at some point but unless it becomes permanent, I don't see the point in spending the time doing it. Those who do use kamis would be the best ones to state their findings.

  30. Lol i bet it was just that you where thinking when Blaze sat on you n your fam.....This aint a fighting game it hasnt been for years!!!
If you take a look around the walls theres constant wars,Db's,mocks etc all the time from big to small fighting fams/Fc's and alliance constilations... That is fighting the game and what the active player base want to do.
Also, ive spent allot of effort to make my heatlth to a decent lvl poff thats gone with the carnage...my kami thats a whoping 16k comb do 2x the damage compared to me from fighting cuz of his high amount of stmaina is this fair!?
Well in a non fighting game i guess it is but if permanented im gone from the game and many will follow that eample...
So happy gaming for you the remaining weeks of the game if that happens
