The 3rd Boss of the Overlords is Commandant Ebersold and is now unlocked. You can start working on him once you defeat the 1st 2 bosses. Use the Combo Breaker to unlock your Yellow Combo, take down the shield with the combo and then use stamina for the rest of the fight. Each boss is more difficult than the next so conserving ammo is the most important thing in this event.
