Loot items for some kind of Marketplace gimmick have been added to the inventory. I’m not sure what these are for so maybe Zynga has been busy thinking of a new and complicated way to get us to spend our reward points on loot. These items don’t fit a pattern of a Safesmith, Loot Lottery, Panic Attack, Marketplace Promotion of Markdown Mayhem. Unless something has been changed we could see a new bundle, pack or event offered in the Marketplace.
Loot lady, its a marketplace promotion i think. 4 items to buy, the pakata is for the frenzy and the 2 other are for the mastery.
