As with every other destination in Mafia Wars, Los Angeles comes with collections for each district. The first 3 are shown below. Collection items drop while doing jobs and once you get one of each you can vault the collections and get skill points.

When they asked my opinion on improving the game, I suggested that they cut the reward for collections to a low number, but allow us to revault. I guess that was too much for the few support personnel they have left.
