Boss Fighter II Update: Start(x5) Button Added

To accommodate the 30 minute timer for the Cayman Islands of the Offshore Turfs Secret District, a Start(x5) button was added. This really makes the fight go faster and I was able to kill the boss 3 times instead of the usual 1 time.
