New fight loot is dropping from fights, robs and Arenas. All items have high stats of 261. The current generation of Arena loot has high stats of 257-258, so some of this loot may help non-VIP players [1]. The current generation of VIP loot has high stats of 261-262 so any useful loot will make VIP loot in the same categories obsolete [1]. A closer look at the 4 items is shown below.
