UPDATE: There is a way to tell. You need to travel to the Arena, go to the Crest Leaderboard and scroll until you get to yourself and your total will be there. I have 451. It's a lot of footwork but at least those who want to know can now tell. Thanks to the person who commented on this post.
When Zynga updated the Killer Instinct Event they left out a pretty piece of important information [1]. I would think most players would like to know their total Crest count and not just the number of Crests earned for the day. I know that I have over 250 Crests and I know that today I earned 105. No where on the home page banner or the instructions page does it tell me the total number of Crests for earned for the event. I can see an approximation but I would like to know exactly how far away I am. I can’t really tell by the progress bar and I don’t think others can either. I guess I could write down my totals each day but who would remember to do that? Zynga should make it easier and add this statistic somewhere on the event. Team Spockholm has added approximation numbers based of progress meters in other events so many they can do that here. I’m not sure if the orange on the progress meter representing the daily Crest total (which won’t be the same for all accounts) would cause a problem.
Actually you can... if you enter the Arena and switch between the RESPECT tab and the CRESTS tab in the leaderboard section, it will show your total amount of crests earned (you may have to scroll down a bit) :)

DeleteI asked last event on the MWLL page if Spockholm would consider adding it to the corner of the banner maybe but got no reply so figured it was a no. I am far too lazy to go to the arena when I only use spartacus.
ReplyDeleteIf you're THAT lazy (to click the arena button and then the crest button which takes about a total of 10 seconds) my guess is you don't really care ;)
