The 2nd Don’s Best item which can only be obtained by mastering the event once and then repeating it is called the Collector. The collectors always get hosed on these events because t costs about 3,000 reward points to master the Lucky Streak and if you want the 2nd Don’s Best item you will need to pretty much master it twice and spend 6,000 reward points!
