There is another Arena Happy Hour going on right now and it will last until 8pm PDT. I’m not going to post about these anymore because you can see the notification in your game and they really aren’t a big deal. A 3 hour break from crappy ratios isn't enough to make a difference. If Zynga wants to get us in the Arena more frequently then every hour should be a Happy Hour. This would also fix whatever bug that drops the ratios below the intended ones once the Happy Hour is over.
