In November of last year, the Arena tab caused some alignment issues with the War notifications [1]. That was fixed but then both the “War Declared” and “War Over” notifications blocked the link to open up the Hospital [1]. Players not using third party tools couldn’t access the Hospital until the notifications disappeared. In February, Zynga did one thing right and they changed the “Declare War” notification icon but they neglected the “War Over” icon and the problem persisted [1]. Today the “War Over” icon was finally changed to the smaller version. Thanks to Leonard and Ryan Nixon for the information.

ReplyDeleteSeriously, though, I have to wonder if their talk of wanting to know what city we wanted next was just a smoke screen. Are they really going to release a new city? It just seems extremely unlikely at this point.
Uh, have you tried to actually click the 'Hospital' link while the WAR DECLARED message is active? They made the balloon smaller, so that it no longer covers the link visually, but they neglected to change the HTML container, so you still can't click the 'Hospital' link, except at the very top, as if the balloon is still as big as it used to be.
ReplyDeleteGo ahead, try it. I've verified it in Explorer and Chrome: you can only click the top on the 'Hospital' link because these bozos obviously have no clue what they're doing. I honestly cannot believe that Zynga's programmers cannot handle such a simple fix. Where do they get these guys?
