Back when Skill Point Reallocation was a big deal, a lot of time and effort went into to notifying players that it was available. Some tagged players to let them know, some posted on fan pages to get word out and some relied on Spockholm notifications [1]. Once 2X Property Builds were introduced, Skill Point Reallocation was left behind for the misguided. Why waste reward points to move stuff around when for the same price you can have brand new skill points? It no longer makes strategic sense to use this feature. Now that nobody cares, Zynga added a notification to the Game Header. When there is a random offering, a flipping Skill Point Reallocation icon will appear next to the rotating Free Gift icons. The only issue I have with it is that it replaces the Arena icon and clicking on that loads the Arena much faster than the navigation tab. The icon only appears when there is a "Flash Deal" for all players. During these times, VIP subscribers can purchase 2 of each Skill Point Reallocation if they haven't yet purchased one for the day. If a Flash Deal lasts longer than 4 hours than it can be purchased again.
