The second round of the Job Board is now underway. It will last for 7 days and unfortunately coincides with the Arena Mastery Event. You can’t do everything. The more jobs you do, the more loot items you will receive and the higher your rank will be. The event works just like the last one
The in game instructions are very similar to the Iceboard. To qualify, you need to be in a family with at least 5 active members.
Move up the Job Boards based on the amount of loot (a Five Star) you bag from Jobs in London. You need at least 5 active members in your Family to enable your Family Job Board. Your Family Job Board shows you where you stand in your Family and the Global Job Board shows you where you stand amongst all Mafia Wars players. Your Job Board ranking will reset to zero every week. Earn rewards for standing first on your Family Job Board or if you are a top three rank holder on the Global Job Board.
Like the Iceboards, there is a Family and a Global Job Board on the Home Page.
The Five Star loot item will drop from all jobs in London. The Lockpick Bonus will grant double the loot but the extra loot will not count for progress on the Job Board. If this item is helpful, you should take advantage of the high drop rates. If you have a low energy pool and this item doesn’t help you, consider this a useless event.
The current Secret District is in Brazil so the 5 Star will not drop. There are a little under 5 days left and with the great ratios, I’m not going anywhere.
In theory, the top scorer of a random sample of 49 family members should get a Double Up when the event expires. Many players did not get their prize for the last Ice Board and we can only hope that Zynga fixes this issue [1].
The top 3 global jobbers will get a Gentoo Penguin.

If you want one of these items, take a look at last seasons results [1]. Unless you have a big energy pool and can serial level, this won’t be an easy task which makes this event all the more easier to ignore.
BOY this is dumb. Jobs in London to get this mastery and Secret District in Brazil.

I skipped out on the Italian Job Ops, getting tired of begging.
Looks like another to skip out on.
And I don't do the Arena as well.
There is too much to do and not enough time - I can't live playing the game all damn day.

DeleteThe best place to get your Italian Files operations done are by joining one of the 2 groups that I know about that specialize in doing Mafia Wars operations. They are like piranhas there ... my last operation posted there was filled in less than 2 minutes and completed shortly after. One group is Finish My Mafia Wars Operations and the other Italian Files Operations Help Group. They are very hungry and I gotta be quick to join an operation to help.
The only real challenge for these boards for most people I think is to see how you do compared with others in your family. Just something to do once the secret district gets wrapped up.
