UPDATE: The Job Board is now active.
The 5 Star loot item is now dropping in all London jobs. This is a sign that the Job Board will be activated at any time. This happened during the last round. Once the items started to drop there was a delay for the Job Board to be launched. Items which drop prior to the release of the Job Board did not count toward progress.
Job board is showing on my screen already, and the Five Star adds +22 to my defence (I'm not VIP), so woohoo!
