Yesterday it was discovered that all of the pending Admiral Requests on the Facebook Request Page returned Feral Horses [1]. Apparently my post about it confused some players as many started reporting that they didn’t get a Feral Horse on our fan page. The only players who are able to get one are those who haven’t yet accepted the Admiral Request and were able to find it. It was stated on the Official Mafia Wars Blog that Feral Horses will be rewarded to all players who play Mafia Wars between June 18th and June 22nd [1].
Zynga finally woke up and realized these free loot items were a major pain in the ass to find and promised change. It sounds too good to be true but all we will need to do is login between June 18th and June 22nd and the item will magically appear in our inventory. It’s stated that the old system will still remain intact for player who enjoy searching for them. I’m sure all of us will try to get 2 items but Zynga probably already sees that coming. We’ve taken your suggestion! All you have to do to claim your reward is to login to the game!
To claim Feral Horse, you’ll have to play Mafia Wars anytime between 18-22 June, 2012 by 11:59 PST and it will be automatically credited to your inventory.
Previously, you had to follow a set of procedure to add the reward to your inventory. Here’s an example. You can still follow this procedure if you are more comfortable with this.
Please Note: For players who received Feral Horse instead of an Admiral as a reward, we have granted them an Admiral which they were supposed to receive.
Don't forget to play Mafia Wars on the above dates to get yourself a Feral Horse!

They should make it that you must play from 18th till the 22nd. That's something worth coming every day for and all you have to do is login.
ReplyDeleteYeah, they need to get players back and giving them decent loot for playing everyday surely would be encouraging. Don't thing it take much longer to make something like that work. They could fool some of the newer players with the mega packs, hehe! Maybe captain obvious can be that new loot item!
