It’s been over a year since a devastating 9.0-earthquake and a subsequent tsunami struck Japan. Many of us who were playing Mafia Wars at the time donated to the Japan Earthquake Relief fund by purchasing a Japanese Fan from the Marketplace [1]. 100% of those proceeds went to Direct Relief International. The video shown below is a update on what the proceeds were used for and a thank you to Mafia Wars players from Direct International Relief.
One year after the devastating earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan, Direct Relief International and the Japanese American Citizens League want to thank Zynga and Mafia Wars players for collectively raising over $600,000 for relief and recovery efforts. 100% of all contributions went directly to those most affected by the disasters. why after 1 year ? lol
ReplyDeleteYou know what, you're a massive cock head. This is for charity and you complain that it's a year later... Your world must be so perfect and complaint free.
DeleteWow, complain to Zynga for helping out a charity. Sheesh, get a life and say well done to Zynga and the players that donated .
becoz Zynga delivered it 1 year later.
DeleteBecause they have other much more important priorities and things to worry about? You know, like shelter, food, clothing, etc.
ReplyDeleteWhy not. I'm glad to have helped.
ReplyDeleteI only bought three, but now I wish I had bought more. I guess I was concerned that not all the money would make it where it should, but thanks, Zynga, for providing this opportunity, and I am glad I did my small part.
