Many players falsely believe that because leveling gives you +5 skill points you are better off spending reward points on energy or stamina refills. Doing so will put you behind the power curve because all you are doing is wasting reward points to get those skill points at a faster rate than your competitors. Your strategic competitors will eventually get those same skill points but will have built better characters and eventually they will pass you! There are several ways to go about purchasing skill points. You can buy them outright in under the Stats Tab in the Marketplace at a cost of +4 for 14 reward points.
Skill Point Reallocations are very popular because it’s one of the best deals you can get. Many will argue that shifting skill points around is not a value but if you review your stats chances are some of your skill points would do more good in other categories. If you consistently waste energy or stamina upon leveling than these points will serve you better in attack or defense. Health is the most popular stat to move around because it is so easy to get.
The most popular and readily available method to purchase skill points is to speed up the crafting timers in the New York Properties. Depending on what stat you are interested in building for your character, there are a wide variety of items. It will cost you 12 reward points to reset a newly activated timer and less as the hours go down (assuming the property is one of the 5 which are active).
With 16 properties available, it can be hard to decide which 5 to craft from every 8 hours or which ones to use for speed builds.
Mark Allan one of the admins on the Mafia Wars Loot Lady Fan Page, put together the chart below which lists the top 5 properties from most to least in which you can craft items to earn skill points which are automatically applied to your attack, defense, energy, stamina and health. There are only 4 properties list for health because none of the Limited Time Upgrade Properties offer health.

For those who can’t get enough health, purchasing a Tiger Claw from the Italy Port is the cheapest way to go. You can get +30 health points for 15 reward points. You can do this once every 23 hours. Speeding up the crafting timer in Italy is not a good deal because it costs 16 reward points and the items don’t have as many skill points as the ones in New York. If you purchase a Tiger Claw, you need to have an expired timer to make it a good deal.
Zynga likes to throw in gimmicks and hope that players fall for them. The worst deal in the game is to buy Collectable Stat Cards for the purpose of gaining skill points.
Each card offers 3-7 skill points but you have no control over what cards you get. The majority of the cards you purchase will be common and offer the lowest number of skill points. You can buy 1 card for 15 reward points or 3 for 42. In a perfect world, you would get 3 rare cards and gain 21 skill points all for 42 reward points but that will never happen. In this best case scenario, each skill point would cost 2 reward points which is not the best deal around.
The Pick Your Bundle is a new promotion and just a fancy way of getting 20% off a purchase of 24 skill points. For the second day in a row, the Pick Your Bundle was made available for a limited time and I learned that you can add three of the same item. This now makes it worth analyzing. You can buy 24 skill points for 66 reward points. Each skill point will cost 2.75 reward points which is not a good deal.
Once and a while when you purchase reward points you will be rewarded with skill points or offered a special deal. If the skill point are free for what you would purchase anyway, obviously it’s a good deal.
Sometimes the offers are just plain stupid and only the suckers will fall for them. A temporary 4 hour increase of your stats is not something of long term value.
Let look at this deal on skill points a little closer. I’m told that in the popup above that I’m getting a deal. The family experience is no kind of deal. If I really wanted to help my family, I would need to spend 175,000 reward points to gain enough experience to increase from Level 9 to Level 10 (1). I hope there isn’t anybody out there who would fall for this. The loot and skill point “deal” is just as laughable because they are offered for the same price as they are in the Marketplace when not on sale. No matter which option I choose, I would still pay 14 reward points for 4 skill points. What kind of deal is that!?
Below is a chart which lists the options for acquiring skill points. They are listed in the order from the worst deal to the best. I didn’t include leveling because those skill points are free and every player will get them. Don’t waste your valuable reward points on refills thinking you will get ahead. You may get to Level 1,000 faster than your strategic buddy but once he makes it, he will be able to play circles around you!
Skill Points | Reward Points | Cost/Skill Point | |
Collectable Stat Cards | 3 - 7 9 - 21 | 15 42 | 5.0-2.1 4.7-2.0 |

you missed out the +5 health for crafting/purchasing a water truck for 164,00 Lira
ReplyDeleteIt's not mentioned because it's not a good deal. I stated in the post that speeding up the crafting timer in the post is not something anybody should do. Sure it's a deal when the timer runs out. This post is about spending reward points, not the free items. If you speed up the Port crafting timer, you will pay 16 reward points to gain +5 health. You can spend 12 reward points to get +20 heath in the zoo. The only thing you would consider spending reward points on in the Port is the Tiger Claw and that is only if your timer has expired.
DeleteItaly Port Health should be +25 health points instead of 30. In the same time you could craft a Good Neighbor (+5 health). So you get 25 helth points extra for 15 RP. Then you end up with the same helth/RP ratio as for speeding up the zoo.
DeleteThank you ! Just in time :D
ReplyDeletethanks Lootlady very informative I just wish zynga were not such A'holes aye cheers and well done on all your blogs and posts regards "chef the ox"
DeleteThere is nothing "false" in leveling. The levels are not finite so if I'm e.g. 50 levels up, by the time you catchup, I'll gain another 50 or more, so you cannot really catchup, unless I take a time off the game or quit.
ReplyDeleteTherefore, getting an extra level/5 skills for 5 RPs (fight club) or 8 RPs (during discount) are among the best deals out there. The only downside is that for those leveling mostly on stamina, it will need some time to burn it off :)
Maybe I don't understand but the player above that thinks he will be a stronger player by levelling 50 times a day has me totally confused!!!!!
DeleteIf you are looking at strategy your personal mafia stats are more important than your combined stats. The more quickly you level in a day, the more your personal stats ratio drops. To build a strong character progressing slowly is a bigger advantage, at least that was my understanding. Please correct me if I'm wrong?
If you tear off and level as the above player suggests 50 times, yes, I agree he will accumulate 5 skill points each time but that's it. He is not gaining from building in NY/Italy every time they level. All he gains are the 5 level skill points.
You might say as they have, so what I can level infinitely so I will always be the best?
HOWEVER!!
As most know 80% (I believe) of the outcome of any fight is determined by your personal stats. When I first started playing years ago I asked someone hundreds of levels above me what was considered the ideal number to have my personal stats relative to my level. Back in the dark ages (at least it feels that long ago) I was told 2 to 3 times my level was considered good.
Since then the game has changed!
Currently my personal stats are over 7x my level. It would seem everyone is heading in that direction. If 80% of any fight is determined by your personal stats, the player above will never be able to keep their personal stats anywhere close to 2x/3x their level let alone 7x or more.
If you level quickly without using RPs to speed up timers and buy top end loot you only get to build in NY once every 18 hours. If you've levelled 10 times in that 18 hours you still only craft once. If you level once or twice, for example, you get your 5 skill points for levelling plus your skill points from crafting. Your rations are much much higher overall.
The player above is wrecking his personal stats by levelling quickly. It's a bit like the hare and tortoise. I've been playing for over two and a half years, I play daily but I'm only level 1150. My personal stats are over 7x my level. As this game is about fighting I want to win and I do most of the time, sure there will always be someone bigger and better that thumps me but if I were only to get fight screens of players of a similar level to me I know I'd win 95%+ of all fights.
As I understand it's more beneficial to have very high personal stats than very high combined stats - having high both is obviously the ultimate balancing act.
I would like to bet that the player above does not have personal mafia stats 7x his level and if they do, their credit card must be in meltdown.
I'm almost willing to bet I'd beat them in a fight. My level may seem relatively low but I seem to take out players with ease that are hundreds/thousands of levels above me often with combined stats that are 20,000+ higher than my own. My combined stats are around 265,000 for both att/def.
Before you think I have nothing other than att/def, I have over 3,000 stamina, just under 3,000 energy and guess what 3,000 health.
Not bad for a tortoise!!
I fear you do have the old school train of thought here. With the changes in the game and the fight pool including all but the lower levels, personal stats for the serial leveler can pass the pure fighter type accounts quite easy. YOU level 1 maybe 2 times in one day and do your daily builds. Your personals will be higher per level. End of the day your level 1150 and the other guy has past level 25,000 in the same time. Its just a different type of game within the same game. Your skills are 7x your level and the other guy is still 10 time stronger in personals.
DeleteDear tortoise,
DeleteWhat you don't understand is that 2x, 3x, 7x or whatever times your level means nothing - whoever has more skills wins, and that's it. If someone is level 7k with 14k attack, he will crush you, even though he's only 2x his level. Your thinking is still stuck somewhere in time when this game began, as the previous poster pointed out.
So don't bet unless you are eager to lose ;))
I think what he means is that it should be listed in the chart where it says "There are only 4 properties list for health because none of the Limited Time Upgrade Properties offer health."
ReplyDeleteThere is a 5th property where you can build health even though it is not a good deal to speed up the timer to get more.
Excellent post, Jen and Mark.
ReplyDeleteyour premise about refills being a waste is dead wrong IF you level based off that refill. If you buy a stam refill at 10 RP and level you gain 5 Skill. So you achieve a 2:1 ratio (just as good as doing a quick build at 12 RP for say stun knuckles). If you buy a refill at 8 RP you have bettered that 2:1 ratio. For people that want to build ATT/DEF a 2:1 ratio is the best out there. Level does not matter in the game once you are past level 1000. Now with all the stam needed to do Ice seasons ect I am still a big fan of the stam refill and it is cost effective for me to buy with the ratio I get on my return. Now this being said I am a bigger fan of speed builds for ATT/DEF if you can do them. But if you would like to prolong your RP and you level from a refill and that refill will also move you along the road for a Ice season or mission then it is still a good deal to buy that refill (esp is you are getting them on sale for 8 RP VS 10 RP)
ReplyDeleteThe best post ever!!!
ReplyDeletewell done Jen xx
I disagree about not spending RP to level up with energy/stamina refills.
ReplyDeleteSay I spend 100 RP and level up 20 times, getting 100 skill points. Someone else spends 100 RP speeding up crafting timers and gains 50 skill points. Who gained more? I did. +100 vs. +50. Sure, when the person who spends RP on crafting timers levels up 20 times they will get the 100 skill points as well....but by that time I will have leveled up 20 more times as well and gained 100 skill points. So I will still be up +50 from them. Person B might be a stronger player AT THEIR LEVEL than I was, but I will always be the stronger player because I am just outdistancing them and gaining more skill points at a faster rate.
At the end of the day, for every 100 RP I'll be up 50 more skill points by spending on leveling vs. spending on crafting.
Agreed. I'm not sure what other people are thinking. As long as you're not dumping the skill points in useless stats.

ReplyDeleteHealth 30 15 0.5
I think this is wrong because, you are doing this at the expense of losing 5 health for free, so you are getting only 25 health for 15RP effectively if you see. Correct me if I am wrong.
I have pointed out some of the skill point fallacies you mentioned to many daily players who should know better.
ReplyDeleteWHat you did not discuss was either the platinum program or simply waiting for the major sales which occur about quarterly. eg. Boxing Week Sale, forget what the spring sale is, end of summer, etc...
I suggest only EVER buying reward points at 60% off. Whatever your personal budget is for mafia wars, simply wait for 60% off. Why? Well, for many stronger players in the game, an extra 500 skill points here or there as a percentage of total skill points, is very small. So buy big, on the biggest sales, fewer times per year.
As to what to build.... spam your mafia for special parts, and try and match your special parts to your weapons parts. Certainly, for the monsters in the game... they buy weapons parts, could never get enough special parts, and buy their rail gun barrels & all.
Loot vs. skill points? Always skill pints.... the fight formula is separate for attack and defense: Simply, is is attack + (loot ratio x loot). The loot ratio increases as your skill points increase... and best to anyones knowledge, the loot ratio increases every 12,500 skill points.
I do get tired of loot inflation, but as the formula above suggests, that is why top players buy so much loot. Bevause for them, the loot ratio is massive. That said, for the average player, the game has seen 600% loot inflation over three years. The only sensible loot to purchase is crases when they are offered at huge discounts. And purchase loot no more than once per year.
Keep up the good work Loot Lady. ;)
I have been a platinum level player for awhile and have seen no benefit from it. I don't get special offers or special prices on rps.I even told cs there is no benefit as advertised from it and it is fraud that they claim there is.
DeleteI'm not arguing with anyone on why refills are a bad investment. It's been discussed one too many times. Those who believe it's better can keep wasting reward points. You are only paying to get them faster and in the end the person who didn't will level faster because they added to stamina/energy or they will kick your ass cause they added to attack/defense. If you followed TopMafia for any amount of time, you get it. I spend reward points on all kinds of crap that I shouldn't as I view it more as entertainment. Those who play strategically do it this way. Those who don't but claim they play strategically are oblivious and believe they are right. No one will change their minds and I don't plan to try. The light bulb will probably go off when your level is such that a refill does nothing for you. You will only wish you had bought skill points.
ReplyDeleteI don't have time to share the math, but also, when skill points are on their best sale, what, 18% off or something, that makes skills only a fraction more expensive than building +5 through the weapons depot.... and combined with a bigger quarterly sale event which throws in a nice piece of loot every 15 purchases or so, it is reasonable to consider.
ReplyDeleteexample i buy 60 skillpoints for 60 rp, can i increase my stamina + 60. the rebel 2 at the chop shop gives + 6. if i craft it 5x cost this 60rp. 5*12rp-60 rp. 5*6 are only 30 stamina
ReplyDeleteJen let me add this to my previous...Refills only to achieve skill is not good..lol You still need to build your player. I too spend RPs on stupid stuff now and then too (chuckle). I buy Crates when they are on sale for 6 even though loot is rental and skill is forever. The concept of buying a refill being bad though is wrong. It is good if used correctly and if the account is properly maintained. I have played this game since day 1ish and I have grown a ton since I started to spend on building. The over all key is to get the right ratio of RP to skill and a refill can offer you that ratio provided your account is right. Will you need to do stam buys or energy buys..sure every account does if they want to play consistently and level on a more continual basis. But what good is it to not buy refills based on this guidance and to only buy say ATT/DEF when you get stuck for leveling and have to wait. In a fight I have unlimited stam and growth cause I can level off a refill and continue to kill my foe and in the process add skill as I kill them....so maybe we should refine it to say that buying a refill is still a good way to go provided you level from it and maintain your account properly.
ReplyDeleteFacts for refils lovers -
ReplyDeleteEvery 2 level-ups adds 1 RP, 10 skills AND 25 experience points to needed total (it DOES NOT matter you used refill or not).
Every RP on craft, realocation - DOES NOT adds experience.
For the reallocation of skill points you have to consider that you lose the skill points in an other field. So the ratio is not really 1.0.
ReplyDeleteE.g. if you reallocate from health you need 50RP for the reallocation + 30RP to craft 50 health points in the zoo. In doing so, you end up with a ratio of 1.6 (80RP/50 skill points). Nevertheless its still a good deal! By the way: Very nice post
In reallocation you get up to 60 Skill points, so lets compare all methods (omitting buying refills, which strategically is useless)
ReplyDeleteFirst we'll start with Reallocation. First build 3 warthogs in your Private Zoo (36RPs), next reallocate (60RP) those 60 health points to where you like.
Total of 96RP for 60 skill points
1.6 RP per skill point
Next we'll do building in the Weapon Depot. We'll need to build 10 Hack Blades or Stun Knuckles to get 60 skill points, This is gonna cost us 120 RP's. (By speeding up timer)
Weapon Depot: 120 RP for 60 skill points
2RP per skill point
Last is straight out Skill points from the market place. They are 14 RP for 4 skill points. You'll need to buy 15 sets to hit 60 skill points. That is 210RP. Even on sale at 12 RP a piece they are still 180 RP.
Market Place: 210RP for 60 Skill points
3.5RP per skill point
Was about to mention this same thing, the table in the blog post is slightly misleading as a Still Point Reallocation does not actually gain anything on its own, it has to be calculated in conjunction with other things as you have explained. However if done using NY health speedups it still remains the best option for direct RP to SP conversion.
Delete~Karmakula
The little nugget in Jennifer's last post should not be overlooked. If you level to get SP, one of the byproducts is that it is harder to level. Every two levels, it requires 25 more XP to level. Even if you are using ALL your Stamina for Boss Fights, at 3 XP per Stamina, you will need 8+ additional Stamina every two levels just to maintain your leveling capacity.
ReplyDeleteTrue enough...you MIGHT be able to get away with this for 20 or 50 or even 100 levels. But if you buy, say 1000 refills to level 1000 times, you will need an additional 12,500 Experience to level. That would require, at 3 XP per Stamina, over 4000 MORE Stamina just to maintain your same capacity. So, the REALITY is that buying refills may APPEAR to get you free SP if you happen to level up on it, in real life, there is a hidden cost that MUST be factored in before you go out promoting this as an effective method of gaining Skill Points.
your are spending rps on wrong move... there is a best way that rps use by a player ratio is 1:4 but only few know that... i don't know if loot lady know that but all you said this only 1:1 ratio :D
ReplyDeleteIt's safe to say, when u need energy or stamina refills to level, then ur account isn't balanced any more. by then u have to wait eventually to be able to play.
ReplyDeleteIf u want to keep balanced u should spend ur levelskilpoints on energy, because xp requirements grow with each level.
I level up ~10 times a day and "earn" 5 RPs for every 10 levels. That pays for the 5 rps it cost me in the 2nd fighter's energy refill. If I apply 40 of the 50 skill points to my A/D, plus the random Level-up a/d bonuses, I assure you I will gain more A/D faster than any other, NON-PAYING method. Of course you have to have the right stamina and energy ratio to allow you to level-up as often.... but that is the secret sauce. ;-)
ReplyDeleteSS
Love the post... The only thing I take issue with is that with skill point reallocation, you show a ratio of 1:1, however, you have to take into account how you got the points to reallocate. I.E. It took me 3 crafting timer speedups at 36RP to get the 60 points to reallocate to Attack. So it really took me 96RP to gain 60 attack points, a 1.6:1 ratio. Still a great deal, but IMHO, I think you need to take into account the original points and how you got them. Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteWhy buy 3 crafting buildups when every 18 hours health is free, so what Jen said is correct 60 for 60.
DeleteI have found that crafting every 18 hours I always get more than 60 health between reallocations.
Slow down Kiddo, I love your posts, by the way and make sweet sweet loving to you for it. But, at every two lvls I get a RP. If I have this in S/E and I stack up on the same things you do daily. Solar flares robber belts etc add to my RP? Plus a good family at 10,000 ATTACK does not hurt. Best advice to youngins and (if the ask, let them aboard and grow their wings). Prob is nobody wants to boot top a low score 1222 ices a day cause he can not do jobs, and complete helping 159 aday.
ReplyDeleteLoot Lady wrote, "You can get +30 health points for 15 reward points."
ReplyDeleteNot true! Since you can build a unit with 5 health for free, you're only buying 25 health points for 15 reward points, which gives the same ratio as the zoo. (but advantage is no consumables, I guess)
I spent a lot of RP on Energy and Stamina refills early on thinking it was a good deal. The only thing it's better than is buying loot. The simple fact is that it causes one to level too quickly which in the end makes one weak for their level.
ReplyDeletePlease correct me if I am wrong, but I keep reading Loot is not as good as skills, agreed, but when buying loot your stats do not go down when that item becomes obsolete, I have a fairly balanced account, and I have beaten quite a few people on stats alone, my skills have shown red. My stats are 287k+, skills 14k+ each.It is just a lot of these type of posts make it seem like it is a total waste of time buying loot, I just do not agree. Hope this makes sence.
ReplyDeleteBuild a farmer/mini with big stam and health, attack your main and level constantly, use all skill points on att/def and build properties for stam and health. No muss, no fuss, no $ and save RP's for skill point re-allocation.
ReplyDeleteI agree with this, u save RP, and u can level easily.. Nowadays ppl tend to build more on attack.. But u may end up ping pong all day long.. Those got massive health n more stamina will last longer ofcoz..
DeleteTechnically correct and a nice review, however it is argued that if you spend on leveling up that you will fall behind with your competion. True if you compare to the same level, however Zynga does not take a players level into account. In a family battle for example you can be strong for a level 1500, but get be beaten hard by a level 3000, maybe level wise weaker but due to 5x1500 skills (on leveling) more way stronger. Same on the fight list, you will easily encounter players a big amount of levels higher.
ReplyDeleteAnother thing is that if you buy RP it might be a wise thing to do, and usually those players spend RP also on other parts of the game. If you play entirely without spending money one might spend them rather on other things. Buying an energy or stamina pack during events that give amazing loot drops (remember Cuba), etc.
Also, the timers allow to buy properties every 18 hours, many players will collect every 24 hours as they are either at work or asleep in that overlapping period of time. In such a case one can spend only around 6 rp to actually collect 2 times a day. Even in such scenario's you can more skills at a far lower cost.
In my opinion your story is completely true if you have enough RP to spent and want to spent it right a way the most efficient way. If you have to save up your RP for free, there might be more efficient approaches.
Note that if combine skill reallocation with the NY health crafting timer, you can get any skill point you want with a 1.6 ratio (12 + 10 + 10) / 20 and a ratio of 1.5 if you use the Italy port.
ReplyDeleteBuying refills to level is only spending RP for skills you will get anyway once you level.
ReplyDeleteSkill point allocations are spending RP with the only benefit of moving what you have already bought/earned around.
As was stated, managing your manufacturing is the slam-dunk best way to increase att/def skills.
However you decide to allocate your investment, use the following purchase guideline for maximizing your skill/RP.
1) Wait for the 60% offers (obvious).
2) Use the money burning a hole in your pocket to increase your investment. Rather than be tempted by the smaller offers, take your money and buy facebook credits in bulk. If you buy a $100 block of FBC, you will get 1180 credits instead of 1000 (18% bonus).
3) Use the FBC to purchase the 60% offer.
Doing these steps blows away the stat/RP averages discussed.
if your build is 10 X your Level... your doing 100 level equals 1000 combine. i can get 44 combine using only 10rps that i think better than all zynga offer....
ReplyDeleteI really do prefer to spend my rps on crafting speed ups. But I don't have enough energy/stamina to finish the family progression things so in order to get done I buy 1-3 refills a day.I try to always wait until it is on sale. Use the free tings first of course.I don't do it because I want the sps but because I want my family to get the points. And for the person who has skills 7 times her level, I'd be happy with 5 times my level but it is hard to do. Great post Jen, makes me think though.I think though that if you don't have the energy/stamina to continue playing and have to stop for hours so you buy a refill to continue playing that is different than using it as strategy to level.
ReplyDeleteWell In the end if you limit your self to using 10 rp each time you level then yes you are only spending 10rp points for 5 Skill Points. If you do this 12 times you gain 50 skill points and 6 rp and 12 levels the points you spent would have purchased 50 skill points you would just be 12 levels smaller. Yes in most cases you would have leveled anyway but this speeds up the proses. Now on others catching up with you and passing you this is possible but unlikely. Most player will get tired, bored or just mad at Zynga before they will catch up with the dedicated players. I do spend 10 reward points now and then when I know the stamina I parches will level me up.
ReplyDeleteTHE VERY BEST WAY TO GET SKILL POINTS IS WITH FARM ACCOUNTS.
‡ÃŸÎ˜Ã¿d‡ Healthy Drag✪n
Really? Farm accounts to increase your Skill Points? Please explain even ONE method by which you can directly transfer RP's or SP's from one account to another...
DeleteSure the farm account might get a lot of them, but they are not very valuable to a farm account.
~Karmakula
The one thing everybody arguing about the value of spending RP's on refills is forgetting is the simple fact that there is a LEVEL CAP. Once you hit it you stop getting level up sp/rp. This means that both tactics (crafter and refiller) will eventually result in the EXACT SAME number of sp/rp obtained through leveling.
ReplyDeleteAnother point of note that also seems to get over looked is if the crafter uses some of the crafting to increase energy and/or stamina, they can in fact maintain an account with the ability to level at the same rate as the refiller.
Remember that this comment is speaking purely in terms of free in-game sp/rp sources.
~Karmakula
The level cap was set at 25,000. That has been removed and there are quite a few players that are searching for the new top. I have seen 35,000 for a couple of players.
DeleteWhen I level up and spend all skill points I might get 1 att/def from the promotion and 3 att/def from golden promototion.
ReplyDelete~Karmakula
ReplyDelete(1) daily takes
(2) level up bonuses
One way farm account can help is by turn them into stam freak with massive health.. so then it can be used to attack the main acc, n u can level up without even spending RP on energy refill or stam..
ReplyDelete"the simple fact that there is a LEVEL CAP"---Really? never hard of that. What level is the last?
ReplyDelete"Buying refills to level is only spending RP for skills you will get anyway once you level."---so buying speed up for crafting is only spending RP for skills you will get anyway by waiting. So what's the difference?
People talk about a balance character. What is a balance character? How many times should a BC level in a day?
Can someone please explain why anyone has been convinced to care what your skills per level ration is important?????? The greatest amount of personal skills always wins a fight unless you are seriously lacking in mafia members or loot. I level up 6-12 times a day & this allows me to fight 60k-85k fights each day with a 98-99% win ratio.
ReplyDeletePlease explain how the one person i come across every five to six hours that is half my level and beats me is significant? If i happen to notice that they got lucky and ice me; i can red ice them back and they have no hope whatsoever of depleting my health again!
No one seems to care about the special districts. Aside from the skill point you get for completing each job, you can buy back in after you complete it. So...you get 40 SP when you complete the buy back which cost you 35 RP. That's .875 RP / SP. Admittedly, this is an "occasional" strategy as the special districts and buy backs are not always available.
ReplyDeleteManaging the clock and getting the extra NY property craft in the same day...every 4 days...is the best freebie out there. And it doesn't matter what level your character is. Do that 90 times in a year and you have a lot of free SP's.
Using the free RP's from leveling to speed the NY crafting timers can further optimize your acquisition of the crafting SP's.
At the end of the day, skill points are forever (or until MW goes the way of the DoDo bird) and rule in fighting. All loot eventually becomes obsolete. Thus, by definition, loot is not worth buying.
Caveat Emptor.
Don't give up your day jobs.
this a kind of game in which level doesn't matter. So level up quicker will help u to become stronger.
ReplyDeleteI do not understand the "speed up" in the crafting in NY. Do I immediately buy a new set for the 12rp or do I wait a certain neumber of hours? When I craft early it resets the timer so if I buy for 5 rp and it resets at 18 more hours am I gaining anything at all?
ReplyDeleteI am wondering with the new NY property building IE: every 24 costing 12RP's to build early no matter what the timer is....
ReplyDeleteCan we get an update on the best way to use our skill points for building a strong fight account..... Many thanks love your blog
All great ideas, only if you are willing to waste REAL LIFE MONEY. I rather just play for fun and rely on waiting until I could build from my global properties.
