Mafia Wars Event Items

As stated previously, 33 new loot items were added to the inventory.  Most were pushed out today in the form of Fight Loot, Lucky Stash Loot and Crate Loot. We are left with 11 items all labeled Special Event. The last item, Fingerprint Scanner, is probably for an actual event. It is a superior item and has decent stats.

The group of 10 rare items that come right after the current Lucky Stash items could be another batch. The stats are a little lower so I don’t feel positive about it. War Loot usually comes in batches of 10 but that’s always labeled Declare War. Fight Club loot is labeled Marketplace. Who knows what Zynga has up their sleeve.

We still have many items that were added to the inventory in the past and have yet to come out of hiding. Towards the end of December, there were 10 Marketplace items that still haven’t emerged into the game (1). These look like good candidates for Fight Club loot items.

How could we forget the day Zynga added 98 loot items to the Inventory. All but 33 are accounted . At the time there was some excitement that this was new Fight Club loot but it doesn’t appear (1). According to TOKO of the Mafia Wars Collector’s site there are 9 Limited Edition Marketplace loot items on schedule for February and 9 for March. Collector’s Edition items for February are also needed.  Some of the items from this original group of 98 were converted to January Collector’s Edition Items so we may see the same thing happen.

In October of last year, two consumable items were added to the inventory. We have yet to see them in game and many think they are for the last two districts of Chicago (1).
