Many have noticed that their Family Battle reward “Collect” buttons have disappeared. What used to look like this…
…now looks like this! Can you spot the big difference?
I’m not sure what is going on at the moment. I’ve seen posts on our fan page from players stating that this has happened to their family but the collect buttons returned. Family Battle Rewards were added to the feature and initially came and went. The last time they were added in mid November and have since been permanent part of the feature. Please let us know in the comments if your family is able to collect Family Battle loot rewards.

One of my family members said they were randomly handing out rewards for non-participants and that it will change back per customer "support".

ReplyDeleteIn our family some can collect while others cannot, even if they participated in the battle.
ReplyDeleteOne day i get them and the next day i dont, It seems to be like a lottery to me.
ReplyDeleteIt comes and goes. At times some of us can collect while others can not. It matters not whether a member participates in the battle in order to collect or be deigned.

ReplyDeleteIve had the problem with the disappeared collect buttons. I contacted the costumer suppert and they change sth ... So i was able again to collect
ReplyDeleteWe have found if your collect button does not show to have another battle after which the collect button mysteriously reappears. Make sure you try to collect after each Battle because if you have more than 5 and this happens you will loose at least one of them.

Reloading you browser or start a new Battle often solve the problem and the rewards will be back, This is Zynga land, don´t be surprised. The bad news is, if you have 5 rewards waiting for you, you will loose one of them if you start a new Battle

ReplyDeleteOur family has had problems for the last week with not being able to collect after battles, whether we lose or win. We have contacted Zynga. Several support personnel explained that rewards from battles are random and have ALWAYS been this way. I told him my entire family has ALWAYS been able to collect after battles until the last week. My family is boycotting battles until Zynga fixes this.

ReplyDeletewe have noticed (since this has happened to us 4 times over the last week) that the high scorers seem to be the one that are not rewarded. I am GM and one of the high scorers and was not rewarded either. m

ReplyDeleteMy family has been missing rewards for the past couple of weeks. No rhyme or reason to who gets left out, sometimes even the top players in a battle aren't getting their rewards. Not much point in spending the time, stamina and in many cases money to do battles without the rewards. Our family is boycotting battles until rewards are put back in for all family members on each battle.
ReplyDeleteI, too, was having problems collecting from family battles. Customer support told me to shove a dildo up my butt. I did what I was told and it worked. I can now collect from family battles again.
ReplyDeleteMy 3 accts used to be able to collect whether a contributor to the battle or not. A few weeks ago couldn't collect either way. Zynga CS suggested the usual 'un-install/re-install, update browser, try other browsers and update Java'. None of that worked. They said 'we're working on it - should be fixed tomorrow'. (The typical Zynga CS run-around.) A few days later, could collect. Then, a day later, couldn't collect. There are TWO problems. One is collecting from Family Battles. The other is Zynga Customer Service!

ReplyDeleteYesterday, I wasn't able to collect starting sometime in the evening. I hit refresh a few times and then was able to collect on all five battles. I haven't been able to collect since. If it was just that rewards were (now?) random, I shouldn't have been able to get the rewards on all 5 battle by refreshing a few times.

The Family Battle Loot is on a Beta period, so not all of our customers are receiving the the loot from the Family Battle. But we are close to releasing the final version to all the palyers. I hope that this situation has not disappointed you and that your will continue playing. Again, thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

I have not received family battle loot for my last 6 family battles. I am the only one in my family that has this issue. I was the leader in 5 of the battles.

I haven't been able to collect since yesterday and as an experiment I joined our current family battle. First, I double-checked and still couldn't collect. Then, I joined the battle and attacked a few times. After that, I went to the battle history and could then collect on the past 5 battles that I had not participated in.
ReplyDeleteSome get, some don't - doesn't matter whether they "joined" the battle or not. Sadly enough (and typical for Zynga) it's not a level playing field - a few players get rewards virtually every time, while others rarely if ever get them.
ReplyDeleteIf Zynga can't make them work consistently for everyone, they need to pull the feature, period.
Some of us can while others like me can't.I was able to early this morning then the button disappeared sometimes this afternoon.

ReplyDeleteOur family hasnt been able to do BATTLES for 10 weeks now .. First they wanted Screen shots so i sent ..Then they wanted VIDEO so i sent .. now everytime i go to CS which is every second day .. they say its been look at and is a priority .. haha .. so now im asking for compensation for the family in the hope that makes them fix it QUICKER ..So cant help you on how it looks

we have 6 members in our clan that cant collect from battles and havent been able to for a week now.
ReplyDeleteIt does not work for most of the new clan I just joined. Out of the last 45 one hour battles I collected ONE and I am usually in the top 5. Time to call "PEGGY" UGH
