Something is going on in Facebook and many can’t play Mafia Wars because of it. If players are lucky enough to access Mafia Wars, they are unable to post any requests. Very slow loading times for Facebook and Mafia Wars are being reported as well. I went to http://downrightnow.com/facebook and there was a widespread service disruption 13 minutes ago. There wasn’t anything posted on the Facebook Known Issues Page.
When I try to access Mafia Wars, I get a 504 Gateway Time-out error.
I tired to access the game using mafiawars.com and got the same thing.
I was able to access the game using the spockon.me unframed link. It's appears to be fixed for some but not all players.
I knew there was something up, pain in the damn butt, thanks for the heads up :)

ReplyDeleteIt's about when you get free keys to purchase gold treasure chests in-game.
Where has the note that says "use 9 reward points to purchase".
I got a free one, then clicked again, thinking I had another free one - because it did not say to use my reward points, otherwise would not have clicked, and now have lost my 9 reward points.
Please bring back that wee note telling us to use rewards. And please, if you would be so kind to, give me back my 9 reward points.

I lost almost 2 K defense ..... no idea why !!! and DEF coming from Bunker is changing al the time from MAX to 1000 ...

Family battles were a problem all weekend long.
ReplyDelete1. Impossible to get into battles. Kind of hard to fight a battle when less than 1/3 of accounts show up. the rest were dealing with battle module that refused to load and spinning bullets
2. Impossible to heal/bank. Join battle and become a sitting duck as health goes above 20. click on heal and everything locked up. (same with assassin-a-nator ... unable to heal)
3. No scores from battle ..were we winning? losing? had to assign an admin to add up scores to see where we were
4. Chicago collects for health did not stick. A lot of server errors before finally collected. Travelled to NY and health bonus gone.
5. Tally of ices show that we lost..by about 30 ices (safehouses were not breached) but end result showed that we won. how did that happen?
6. Some battle results did not appear after battle.
contacted customer service who told me to 'clear my browser cache' .. like that's going to make an iota of a difference.
