UPDATE: The Customer Support correspondence is photoshopped and was a joke Ng shared on our family wall. I thought it was real and made this post. That's what I get for not reading the comments!

Many have asked on the Mafia Wars Loot Lady Fan Page if Customer Support was available during the holidays. Nobody knew the answer but Live Chat wasn't available for the masses and email responses were taking much longer than the promised 12 hours. Ng, Godfather of the {ASS} Family and admin for our fan page wrote to Customer Support over the holidays. Today he got a response that will answer all those questions we have been getting about the status of Customer Support. You just can't make this stuff up!

Well, that certainly does clear up the holiday nonresponse situation. What is their excuse for ignoring me the four months earlier? Just curious. I don't even write tickets anymore. I think I may be broken of my addiction to Zynga games.....may be moving on. lol

Well, I got a reply yesterday, after waiting close to a week and they answered somebody elses complaint.
ReplyDeleteI got a response today from an email I sent on Christmas Day and its really messed up! You can tell that who ever is writing these right now either doesn't understand English or isn't paying attention. Its very frustrating!! Thank you for getting us an answer though. Now I can stop going on the support page to see if Live Chat is up. If you'd like a copy of the email please let me know.
ReplyDeleteWhen you run a company 24 hours a day, you need back up 24 hours a day... what a class act Zynga have. Yet, support was available for other games as that is how I found out mafia support were not answering and on vacation. Well that is what VanessaL said...Knob jockeys.

And for the 3.5 days that I have not been able to access the New Years Resolution page at all... am I gonna be compensated for that somehow? They have yet to respond to my email, since Live Chat certainly wasn't available at the time. And of course I won't be compensated... I've lost 4 days of free votes, but you bet your sweet bippy that I won't be given a Ms Pac Party or a zombie or anything else. By the time I get a response to my ticket, the NYR event will be over. Way to go, Zynga...
