Collectable Stat Cards Banner Steals Reward Points

Zynga decided to move the Collectable Cards banner to position #1. While working on the Limited Time Mission, I accidentally clicked on "Buy 1 card 15 RP" button once and the "Buy 3 card 42 RP" button 3 times. There is no confirmation button and the Reward Points were taken out of my account.
I already own all of the Collectable Stat Cards because I bought them for a blog post (1). If you read the post, you will know I'm not fooled by these Cards and can see they are a bad deal. I wrote to Customer Support and I expect to be compensated. If the same has happened to you, then you should do the same. The fact that there isn't a confirmation buttons makes me wonder if this was something they did on purpose.

  6. I have the Cards as well... all I can say is what a rip off.. did 1 job over 800 times and not 1 drop of the reward loot

    I do apologize for the late on the response, i have received your message about this Accidental Purchase on the game, i'm sorry but we cannot restore Reward Points used with this Collection Cards due we cannot remove the Stats from your account, i would recommend to have a moderate clicking on the game.

    I comprehend that you bought collectable card by mistake. Let me tell you that I really understand your concern because you spent Reward Points on this, but unfortunately, I'm not allowed to return the Reward Points, because we can't remove the Collectable Cards from your account.

  10. What do they mean "because we can't remove the Collectable Cards from your account." ??? if that is the case, then there is no such thing as rollbacks :P

  11. If you don't have the reward loot email Zynga. I had two drop and nothing else. Zynga did give me the loot (so I have two of some item), plus a bonus of 5 of one of them. I also got 60 RPs for the "inconvenience". Apparently, they are aware of the "low" drop rate and are fixing it.
