The good news for players who paid for the City of Traverse is they shouldn't be locked out anymore. The bad news is the Floating Casino bug which was initially present is back again. Yesterday I ruby mastered the district and wasn't happy with the results. I took an image of my last job which was 98% mastered.
As soon as I clicked on the "Do Job" button to complete mastery, I was booted out of the district and directed to the Additional Districts Page. The City of Traverse read "Not Available".
I didn't get the standard mastery popup and was disappointed to see I didn't get a skill point for mastering the job.
When I checked my inventory all I had was a Gold Level Floating Casino. I should have two ruby levels as this was the second time I fully mastered the City of Traverse. I've seen many players complain about this on the fan page. All I can recommend if this happens to you is to contact Customer Support. In retrospect, I wish I didn't pay for this district as I've had to create a total of 4 Customer Support Tickets. I barely have time to complete the tasks expected in the game and continually having to stop and contact support is not my idea of a good time. I kind of don't even care that I don't have this loot item which is a sign I'm losing interest in the game.

Still ain't let me in, you can see my mastery is set to Bronze but I can't get in.
ReplyDeleteOne of my Vegas Districts was set to Ruby after I complete Silver Mastery (to unlock Gold), so I lost around 24 Skill Points there, another Vegas set to Ruby after I completed Gold (to unlock Ruby), all CD did was grant me to the 2 ruby job and left most of the jobs set to 0% and me missing about 40 skills, seems my account is doomed!
Same here: I just don't really care anymore (though I’d be more interested in the stat point).

Support still hasn't replied to my ticket. Can't get on City of Traverse since the "so called" reset. No refund, nothing. It's just so frustrating.
