There is a new loot item called the Sniper but you won't find it in your inventory. It's only available to add to your Family Property strength and will cost 30 Reward Points. If you buy the item, it will not do anything for your personal attack or defense equipment scores because it won't be added to your inventory. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this item. Last week a friend of mine found a server image of the Sniper. We don't know the individual stats but the combined stats are 330.
I wouldn't recommend purchasing this item. Personal contributions to your Family Property only apply to the health bonus. If I were to purchase a sniper, it would replace my Huntsman and add +166 points to the Family Health Bonus. There are 100 other players contributing to this bonus as well and the overall effect is minimal. All the health bonus does for your Family Property is increase your properties health and decrease the amount of damage attackers do to your property. Your Family Property health score is your defense and doesn't seem to make a difference on the attack side. It's been determined that you will fail about 6 out of every 7 robberies regardless of your health strength. Artillery Shells don't drop with every successful attack so there is little incentive to rob (and therefore defend).
