We will probably see it a few times throughout the day so check the Mafia Wars Loot Lady Fan Page frequently. Find the Skill Point Reallocation in the Marketplace under the Stat Items tab For more information on how Skill Point Reallocation works, go here. You can purchase one of each item every 4 hours.
