New Mysterious Loot Items

Six new loot items were recently added to the Inventory. These are all labeled "from Jobs" but Zynga has been known to label them wrong in order to throw us off.
At first I was thinking these items could be new Boss Fight loot because of the Golden Eye but the other stats seem low. Secret District loot was a thought but the stats seem too high. Maybe we will be really lucky with tomorrows Holiday Treasure Hunt or none of my guesses are correct. Here is a closer look at the new items.

    I'd guess boss fight, only for the reason that ole Jimmy Lechon has been around for a while and it's likely his time to depart.

    these i think are for the next chance event which is supposed to start on 29 th
    the stats are comparable i opend 1 chance and got santas hat 111 att

    Is there a bug with the war? For a few days now, i didn't the reward for helping in war, stating that i already help 5 wars, but i know i didn't.

    just fyi the electronics guy looks alot like borris from the movie golden eye and he was computer expert

    These items drop from lowest levels in cities after you complete the stat cards collections. It is the bonus items for completing each collection.
