The second gift of the Incognito Gift Mastery Event is the Good Word and is now unlocked.
The Good Word is causing a little bit of controversy for Zynga. Some don't appreciate using the Bible in this manner and don't like seeing a gun on inside of it. It doesn't say anywhere that the book is in fact a Bible but it looks more like scripture than War and Peace. The name doesn't help the cause either. We saw Zynga edit the middle finger of Jimmy Lechon so maybe this will change too.
The Good Word is a gift of 5 boosts which will add +130 to your defense skill score for one attack.
Find the Good Word on your Free Gift Page. If you aren't using helping tools to send your gifts, bookmark the link below to direct you right to the send page.
If you want to master this gift fast, use the Gift Blaster by Team Spockholm to get the 28 you need. Unless you want the boosts, I wouldn't send too many of these out. Once you master the gift, they are only good for the boost and my back log your ZMC.
The mastery item is the Clergyman. You will only get one but the stats will increase with each level of mastery.
In a little under 2 days, the third and final gift will unlock. Most likely we will be able to repeat this event two times.

LOL PEOPLE NEED TO GET A LITTLE REAL LIFE AIR IF THEY THINK IT IS A BIBLE.. COULD A DICTIONARY OF KILLING.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a Bible to me too but they couldn't use my name though!LOL
ReplyDeleteyou see that in so many movies, but they're still around... what makes this so differant. just get the gifts and finish the event off. if you're really going to be difficult about it don't do the event. remember, it's just a picture of a gun and a book. It's that simple, nothing more than a hiding place for a gun. that's it. No drama, no bs. just a boost for a gifting event of a game. -Dioxin-
ReplyDeleteThe mastery item is a clergy man and he is holding a bible too.
ReplyDeleteIt is a bible and so what??? if people get upset because of using a bible in MW they are like the people getting upset over cartoons with muhammed. so why not go to Zynga headquarter and burn their flags and curse them with instant hellfire.
the most dangerous people in this world are the strong believers. Bah
i would have thought anyone who was seriously religious would find that most of this game is offensive - twenty types of theft and killing supported by drug running and other crimes and "sins" ;-p
ReplyDeleteZynga has no balls or it would have been a Quran :P
ReplyDeleteHahaha! Another superb example of letting the chimpanzees hammer away on the net looking for pictures and topics for inclusion in a game that was, originally, about organized crime. Whether or not organized crime is applicable to any church or political party is for the reader to decide.
ReplyDeleteIt's fortunate the chimpanzees didn't land on the image of a Koran.
The point being, that even the 11 year old operators of lemonade stands know to keep politics and religion out of conversations with customers they hope to get revenue from.
Don't give up your day jobs!
The gun isn't ON the book.
ReplyDeleteThe gun is IN the book.
The book has been cut out to hide a gun.
It is a Bible, of course. But the gun isn't ON TOP of the Bible. The pages have been cut out to hide a gun IN the Bible. A way to sneak a gun into someplace. Who would suspect a bible? If you look closely, though, if the pages were really cut like that, there is no way that the gun would fit when the book was closed. I love the Bible, and don't have a problem with this art (other than the fact that it wouldn't really fit in RL). Hiding something in a Bible would be pretty clever if you were a criminal.
ReplyDeleteI just find it hilarious that they got upset and banned ASS but now talk about happy endings and this. In conclusion, fuck zynga.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all I'd like to ask if this is really a controversy of if LootLady just assumes it as such.
ReplyDeleteSecondly, to hide a Desert Eagle pistol like that in a bible, the book would have to be fucking huge.
@Rapax, there were official complaints made about it. How many? I do not know. The only information I got about it was that there were complaints. I don't usually post on my own assumptions and when I do, I make it perfectly clear.
ReplyDelete@Everyone who took the time to correct the fact that I said on the Bible and not in the Bible, please, I write these posts rather quickly rarely reread them.
