Holiday Light purchase buttons have been strategically placed all over Mafia Wars. It's probably not a mistake that there is no confirmation button and many players are purchasing this useless boost by accident. The drop rates of the event loot items are very messed up right now and I can tell you, Holiday Lights don't do anything. I spent over 300,000 energy on an alternate account and not one Wreath dropped. Some fighters are claiming to have spent thousands of stamina and haven't gotten any items. Others have maxed out on their free chances and have no issues with the drop rates. Zynga should have kept the event pulled until they had even drop rates for all players. Many are not getting any Wreaths and it's not a balanced playing field.

If you want to request Burners from your mafia, click on the yellow question mark located between the Rob Squads and the Holiday Light. Click on the "Ask" button to generate your request.
If you want to see how many Burners you own, look have to look them up in your inventory. If you have been saving your Burners, you might want to check. Some players are reporting that all of their Burners are gone. The Holiday Treasure Hunt Event will only be around for about 7 more days so this is just a temporary inconvenience.
