The Don's Gift: Gift #4-Tracker Bike

The fourth gift of The Don's Gift Event is out. This one is the Tracker Bike. If you forgot how this event works, go here for more details.
The stats are ok but won't help as many players as a gift from a Mafia Don should. We can only have 5 of each item. I don't understand why they couldn't have made the stats better so all players could enjoy the event.
