City of Traverse Home Page Banner

The Lexington Hotel Secret District has expired and I was curious to see if we would get a new one. Players who paid 60 or 35 Reward Points to remaster the City of Traverse will now have a Home Page Module with a countdown timer. This is very confusing because the timers on the banner and Job Page do not match. I unlocked the City of Traverse for a blog post a few hours ago and according to the banner, I only have 2 days left.

When I click on "Go Now", I'm directed to the City of Traverse Job Page and my timer is a little short of 12 days. The banner also states "Visit this Limited Time district for new loot!". I spent a few thousand energy and only the old loot items dropped.

My main account has 6 days left to master the City of Traverse. I went to an account that hasn't unlocked the City of Traverse and the Home Page banner is not there. Initially I thought that the timer on the banner was how many more days were left to pay to unlock it. This would make perfect sense if the banners were on accounts that haven't already unlocked it. I'm not sure what they are trying to do here.
