Zynga Addresses The Cider House Feed Bug

Yesterday news feed requests for Cider House upgrade parts stopped working. I told you all about it here. Today Customer Support addressed this issue here.

The development team is "currently working" on resolving the issue. They better work fast because time is running out. There are less than 24 hours to go before the timer expires. This has been going on for at least 16 hours. I took images as soon as players started to report problems. Will these players be rewarded with more time to upgrade their Cider House or compensated with part? Zynga may want to put the Botanical Garden on hold for the third time. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I sure don't want to spend it spamming my friends.
