The new Limited Time Mission, Family Gatherings is now available. We have 14 days to complete it.
If you plan on blowing off this Mission you might want to reconsider because it also offers experience for Family Progression. I'm not clear on what category this extra experience will be applied to and of course the Official Mafia Wars Blog Post offers no insight. I will have a walk through of this Mission posted later on.

I had the first level nearly complete and it reset itself! Now I have to wait for the Chicago crew slots to become available again. grr.
ReplyDeleteWell, unfortunately, if you're one of the few lucky ones, you will have the mission. I on the other hand have it "Expired"
ReplyDeleteThe 2nd section of the mission asks us to collect 6 of each Italy consumable, you'd assume you'd get them by doing the job that they drop from, but when you click Go Now, you go to a robbing board instead...

ReplyDeletethird episode you need to buy 3 items in Italy Port, that's with 24h interval so everybody is grouping again and waiting for 3 days... unless you spend RP's :-)
yea finished 1st part when I got 5th supporter it started me all over again ???????????????
ReplyDeleteMaybe some of the experience was SUPPOSED to go to the family, but when I completed this part of the mission it was all given to me.
ReplyDeleteAlso, on the second part of the mission, I have cleared 6 robbing boards looking for rail tickets and not a single one to be found. Anyone else having a problem finding these?
Found it interesting that on the mission page I have a button to click if I need to report a problem with the mission...pressing it now!
Got the Severed Fingers from Robbing, the Hidden Charges from Fighting and the Smartphones from the job, but now I've spent roughly a further 6000 Stamina on robbing without having even 1 Railway Ticket drop :(

ReplyDeleteThe counts are accurate. Unfortunately, it took robbing so many boards, I ran out of stamina. Good luck. BTW, yes, I completed this portion of the mission.
ReplyDeleteI had one rail ticket drop from doing robbing in Italy after going through about 3-4 screens. That's it. When I went to do the job instead and had a pinky drop, it did not count towards the mission.

Do the 1st job in the 4th District and it will drop.
I had better luck getting the severed pinky and rail tickets from robbing individuals. Only took about 800 stamina by hitting their villa and winery @ 4 and 8 stamina each.
ReplyDeleteI had real good results going to the fight tab then personally selecting on somebody to rob, once to their Profile, just click on rob, make sure you are in Italy, I collected 2 of them with about 300 stamina but ran out of stamina, so Im waiting on a level up
