Gift Request Page and Limit Change

The Send Gift Request Page has been updated and the number of requests we can send at a time has been increased from 26 to 50. We were told this was going to happen 4 months ago so it's nice to see it finally has (1). Gold Mystery Bags are available for at the moment so I will use them as an example. The first thing you will notice is there are little green arrows next to each persons name. You add players to the gift request by clicking on them. The search bar is more prominent and there are 3 categories of players you can send requests to. Your family, your mafia and your Facebook friends.

As you add players to the request, red arrows will appear in case you wish to remove them.
When you hit your limit of 50, a pink box will appear under the categories that says "You have already selected 50 friends".
Click the yellow "Send Requests" button at the bottom of the page and send your request out as normal. There is an option on the request post which will allow for auto-posting future requests to the players selected. Checking this box will allow for future posts to be send to the players you selected automatically. For those of us with 5,000 friends, it will take some time to get everyone so we will probably see the request page for a while. It appears that auto-posting will only work if the exact same players are selected.
Once you sent the requests, you will get a notification on your game header letting you know that you can send more. Just go back to the request page and repeat the process from above all over again. You can do this as many times as you want. Once a request is sent to a friend, their name will be removed from your list for 24 hours.

    I was excited until I started using it. It has more bugs in it than an Indiana Jones movie. Returning gifts generates errors, accepting gifts from the Facebook gift page for a gift already accepted from the ZMC doesn't do anything -- it just loads your MW home page -- and the gift doesn't disappear from your FB requests. Sigh.

    Thats my question. Are you going to be able to accept gifts off the Game Request page? It doesn't matter if you accept in Mafia Wars first or not. Any gift you click on in Game request page takes you to your mafia wars page. Very frustrating.

    Why does Zynga keep nerfing MW? Are they trying to drive all their players away?

    I agree Chris. The Facebook games can not be accepted. When I tried it takes me to the Zynga Gift Center in the game.

    I am not sure what you mean by the "facebook games can not be accepted". Perhaps it is a server issue, but to clarify: If I go to my facebook home page, to the left is "Game Requests". I can get to my mafia war gift links from there, and can accept and return gifts. If I press the "notifications" button that someone has sent me a gift, it takes me to Mafia Wars (when it used to take me to the "game requests" section). So, I am in fact able to accept from both places.

    All "fixes" have bugs. It takes time and feedback to get these fixed. Once fixed, I think this is an awesome improvement.

    One thing that does need to be fixed immediately though, is being able to create my tinyurls. NOW!

    No more gift link groups, as we cannot collect from them (error codes) I have sent 150 special parts today, alone, in game. It's Zynga's new platform...thier own, not FB.
