If your Cider House isn't at Level 10, it's time to go back and spam as much as you can. The request posts are no working again. The current Known Issues Thread has been updated and Cerulean Master stated they are working as intended.
Cider House - Prematurely Expired Request Feeds
Issue: All request feeds generated by the Cider House were giving players a "This Feed Has Expired" error message.
Status: Resolved around 2pm (Pacific Time) on 11/23/2011.

There isn't much time left so start using the Mission Crew Link Spocklet and spam and upgrade without a timer. Go here for instructions on the most efficient way to upgrade your property. I asked if there was any possibility of an extension and was told they are looking into it.
