Yesterday I suffered through getting to Level 5 in Mafia Wars 2. I did so because of a Mafia Wars/Mafia Wars 2 Cross game promotion.
I reached Level 5 and the proof is on my wall and in my soon to be blocked Mafia Wars 2 game. When I got there nothing happened.
I checked my inventory and I didn't get a Pole Dancer.
I didn't panic because the fine print clearly states that the "Reward Item May Take Up To 24 Hours To Appear In Your Inventory".
I patiently waited and 26 hours have passed and I still don't have a Pole Dancer. Now I'm stuck with an additional inconvenience of having to contact Customer Support. I was lucky to get Live Chat and the agent informed me that the item would be added by the end of October. He also said they have requested a new popup. The bottom line here is to be patient and wait until November to contact Customer Support about your missing Pole Dancer.

I have 3 different accounts and none of them even got the pop up in the first place. Nobody else that I've talked to has received the popup either.
ReplyDeleteThe promotion is on one of their "slow rollouts" I would guess that they will give the pole dancer to everyone at the same time - after the people at the end of the slow rollout have had a chance to earn it.
