Team Spockholm Restores Lost Family Data

Over a month ago, all families lost a chuck of their family statistics. Zynga never acknowledged the problem even though it was asked about many times. Maybe they assumed we would forget about it and move on. My family lost over a million ices and we haven't forgot.
We may have accepted it if it wasn't for Customer Support restoring data to some families.
Team Spockholm created the Family Ranks Spreadsheet which lists all in game families and ranks them in the categories of Iced, Killed, Fights and Fights Won. Because some families had their lost data restored and others didn't, the rankings became inaccurate.
It became obvious that Zynga wasn't going to do anything about this situation so Team Spockholm stepped in and restored the data. I don't know how they did it but they were able to determine the exact numbers of lost data and restore it to all families. Those families who were able to get it restored by Customer Support were not updated. When you look at your graph, you will see the true data in a separate line. The data on your in game Family Page will still be inaccurate as Team Spockholm can't change that. Maybe Zynga can use this spreadsheet to fix it.   1. If they could restore the points for two families I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to write a script that would restore the points for all families. Shame on Zynga!
