We were warned ahead of time that Get Satisfaction was going to be pulled (1). It didn't take them very long to do this. If you try to access the site, you will get the message below. It's nice that they claim to want our feedback but the forums it's difficult to find things and there is always a troll or two just waiting to pounce on anything you write.
