This has already been mentioned but many players still ask about it. New Cuba loot showed up in our inventory on August 25th. Shortly there after, Cuba reopened and we got a Limited Time Mission. All but one of the loot items, the Shelled Torso, was quickly accounted for.
The Shelled Torso is still in our inventory but it doesn't drop from jobs in Cuba and wasn't an item included in the Return To Cuba Mission. Many have noticed that it has the same stats as the Trigger Happy.
There is a popular theory that this item will be included in next weeks Limited Time Mission. There are a little under two days left of the Return To Cuba Mission but Cuba will be around for a little under 9 days. The 7 day difference leaves enough time to get in another Mission.
This theory sounds reasonable. A new event item was added to our inventory a few days ago. Maybe this is the Grand Prize for our next Mission. The stats are very comparable to the Sleet (84//155) which was the Grand Prize for the Return To Cuba Mission.
Interesting enough, TOKO from the
Mafia Wars Collectors Site already has one in his inventory. He has no idea where it came from or what he was doing when he got it.
To rule out accusations of photoshopping, here is the item listed in his Mafia Wars profile.
Either this item will appear in our next Mission or it was omitted and will not be used in Cuba. We should know in about 3 days. Until Cuba shuts down, I would be spending all of my energy in Cuba to farm the excellent loot items and not be too concerned about a missing item.

What gives he not only has the Shelled Torso but he also happen to have 12 Trigger Happy's? What gives you got 8 on the mission and no one I know seen it drop again after. SO if you know how to get more please due tell, as it not in the loot for the jobs

I suspect that they will disappear. I have 21 trigger happys and 12 shelled torsos, which I think I got from fighting.
