If you are one of the many players who has issues with your Family Progression features being auto-checked on a random basis, you will be happy to know that Zynga is looking into it. If and when you get stuck, go to this forum thread and reply with the information requested by Rinzler. Your post will stay private so don't worry about your personal information being shared. I sure hope they can fix this as it happens to almost everyone in my family, including me on a regular basis.

Weekly Timer would solve the problem... worked fine before they switched it to daily... ever since daily timer was implemented ( and I specifically blame YOU lootlady ) there has been nothing but PROBLEMS.
ReplyDeleteI'm flattered you give me so much credit. They had to choose one timer so there was a 50% chance. If you go through old posts, I recall the weekly timer not resetting on more than one occasion. The Weekly timer catered to non-strategic players and only for reasons that existed in their uneducated minds.
ReplyDeleteSo what you are saying is that you and the ones who voted for the DAILY timer are strategic, and that the rest of the MW population is non-strategic... VERY CLASSY on your part.... Seems you are digging your own grave just like Zynga is doing with the game. When this is all over and done with... there will be no mafia wars.. and where will your strategy and EDUCATED mind be then???
ReplyDeletePretty much that is what I'm saying. If you understood the game, you would see that the daily timer better for daily as well as casual players unless you like to spend reward points. I've explained it one too many times and won't do it again. If you believe the weekly timer was better for your character then you don't get the basics of the game. Study and figure it out. There is nothing wrong with being non-strategic. I do many things in the game that are not. The difference is I know that I'm being non-strategic and don't troll blogs stating otherwise. When Mafia Wars dies it will be a blessing for me as blogging has become an addiction that I could probably do without in my life. I think people forget I do this because it is an addiction. If I needed the money, I would go get a job.

To the anonymous poster, get a grip... Deep down inside you know that the daily timer is best. And it won the vote so just accept it. I'm a daily player and always finish it. Plus it's easy experince to level up and no rushing at the end of the week to catch up and waste reward points. Lootlady, keep up the great work, I appreciate it and I'm sure many do. -Dioxin-

ReplyDeleteWeekly and daily profile both broke for me..but the daily timer has brought much more problems.Just about every other day the timers do not reset...it just straight up sucks.
ReplyDeleteI usually get 1 day where I can play the family progression and then 2 or 3 following where I can't. I've just come off 3 days of not being able to play and was down to needing 40 more ices and the whole thing reset on me. Timer still says I have 4 hours, but all my ices were gone, property, helper and jobs.. gone and ready to play again.. and in 4 hrs they should be reset.. bet they won't!
