Chicago District 3: The Old Warehouse

Share:

The third district in Chicago is called The Old Warehouse. Like Districts 1 and 2, there are 8 jobs with 4 levels of mastery.
Here are the job descriptions, requirements and payouts for each job on each level.

Bronze Level
Silver Level
Gold Level
Ruby Level
When you master the first job on the Bronze Level you will unlock the third property, the Warehouse, of your Bootlegging Operation.
The consumable item for District 3 is Concrete Shoes.
Concrete Shoes are made in the job, "Uncover a Plot Against You". The job costs 144 energy on the Bronze Level and 864 on the Ruby Level so you will be much better off farming some extras while you are on the Bronze Level.
The good news is only one job, "Put Brother Franky in Concrete Shoes", requires Concrete Shoes.  The bad news is the job requires two consumable items per click. They don't tell you this little fact on the job page but when you run out you will discover the bad news. The job offers 9% mastery on each level so you will need a total of 24 Concrete Shoes for each level and a grand total of 96 to master the entire district.
The third job down, "Stuff Local Cop's Pockets With Greens", requires 20 Clams per click. The job offers 11% mastery so you will need a total of 200 Clams for each level with a grand total of 800 Clams to fully master the job on all 4 levels.
The experience/energy ratio for District 3 aren't that great. District 2 offers the best ratios of the 3 districts.

*Requires 20 Clams for each job.
**Produces Concrete Shoes.

The mastery item for completing each level is Franky's Lucky Charm. You only get one of them but the stats and special function of the item improve with each level. Franky's Lucky Charm comes with a +3, +7, +11 and +15% increase payout to all Chicago properties. So far Clams is the only payout and you will find they aren't very valuable or difficult to get. Hopefully when the next 2 districts unlock the properties will offer stamina and energy like they do in Brazil and this bonus will be worth having.

  1. RE: Stalled Mission. A friend mentioned that you can go rob in New York to complete the mission. RObbing in Chicago is not necessary.

  2. Nice article but why don't you mention "Double mastery bonus" and "double loot bonus" in Chicago every 8 hours. Or as you would say "the strategic part of the game".
With its usage you need only 400 clams (instead of 800) to fully master and only 48 (instead of 96) consumables. Plus with the double loot bonus you get 2 pieces instead of one!

  3. Because I've already mentioned it in a previous post. I plan to tie the 3 district posts together. They were mainly to get the information out there as far as consumables required and ratios. I could spend 2 days outlining every little facet of this game but there isn't time. I assume people are intelligent enough to figure out that basic concept. This is after all a copy and paste of Brazil.

  4. I built the three properties, but I not upgrading them until the final two are unlocked. There is nothing I need from the first three so I'm just collecting my parts.

  5. The 3rd one is probably going to give you health refills and 4th one give you big black rubber dong.

We like the energy/stamina in brazil so logically we are going to spanked, the question is how ;)
