We all remember the part in the Return To Cuba Mission where we got Trigger Happies from fighting. It was pretty cool as these weapons have really good stats.
Most will remember how it felt when they checked their inventory and found none of those super cool Trigger Happies were there.
We were told by Zynga that they would be returned to our inventories.

This issue has been fixed. We will be returning the lost Trigger Happys shortly. CM __________________ |
For the most part, this was true. Some, but not all, players had them returned within a few days. Those players were notified with a message on top of their Game Header.
Unfortunately, not all players got them back and they have had to endure a nightmare of Customer Support tickets that are going no where. Many players have posted on the fan page that they still didn't get them. One of my family members blocked the Mafia Wars application because he is so pissed off about it. I would be too. I was close to quitting when I didn't get my Arch Enemies Gifting Event loot items.
I really think Zynga should let Customer Support know that players who claim to have lost Trigger Happies should get them returned. The problem is that Trigger Happies also dropped in the second Cuba based Mission. Now when players who never got their Trigger Happies returned go to Customer Support, they are at a disadvantage because the agents see the ones from the second Mission and assume they were returned when actually they never were. How do you make a video of that? The bottom line is something needs to be done and players who earned these items need to have them returned. I don't want to see anymore great Mafia Wars players quit the game over a technicality that could easily be checked. Please Zynga, do something about this.

Quit a game over 8 trigger happies that will boost your attack, what? 320? And even less as time goes by...they'll be worthless in a year. LMAO. Crybabies.
ReplyDeleteSo how can we tell if they actually were returned, or if the one's we have are from the second part of the mission? Is there an estimate of how many should be in our inventory or at least how many may have dropped from the Cuba mission?
ReplyDeleteYou should have a minimum of 13 trigger Happys if you did both missions. 8 from the first and 5 from the second. It can be verified that you are missing the 8 from the first mission if you have a sleet in your inventory, but only have the 5 trigger happies from the second cuba mission.
ReplyDeleteCustomer support says that they are working on it.
I still have not got any from the first part, sent messages back and forth and am told they are still looking into it. I have 6 from second part only.
