For those who have been following my Arch Enemies Boost Mastery Event horror story, I'm pleased to announce that all is right in the world again. After a few back and forth e-mails, the issue has been resolved to my complete satisfaction. All of the items I was not able to acquire were added to my inventory. The moral of the story is to be patient with Customer Support and keep responding to their inquires. It can be frustrating but keep in mind they are trying to help you. A nice agent named Cesar gave me the good news. I ran my Inventory History bookmarklet and was delighted to see that all of the loot items were indeed added.
Afterward I did a happy dance and let it all go. It's no longer personal and I'm not so mad at them anymore.

well I honestly can say I'm surprised.. maybe I will get my issues resolved. I never thought they would get this straight. I'm so glad this worked out well.
