If you blow up the Loyalty Program from the Marketplace, you will see that the incentive "Access to Beta Content" for Platinum Players has been removed. We pretty much figured out this wasn't true from the get go so it's not as if anything has changed. It just means the Loyalty Program is more honest now. I guess they couldn't figure out how to incorporate all their Platinum Players into the favorable end of the slow roll. They did replace this item with "Eligible to Access Special Features". I have no idea what that means and I'm not sure when this happened as I just noticed it today.

i noticed that too... but i am still wondering where the platinum customer service is...click the link and it still takes u to normal support
