The Official Mafia Wars Blog has been updated. They threw in a post about Union Hall and ask that we take a survey. I reviewed Union Hall, here and here as well as point out some confusing aspects here. I did learn from their post that Rob Squad Boosts will soon be used to get bonus cash and consumables when you collect on your properties. That's cool and explains why we can request and send Rob Squads right from the module.
When you have a Rob Squad boost, pressing a city's "Collect All" button will use the boost to gain you bonus cash and consumables from that city. Don't have any Rob Squad boosts? You can ask for them every 8 hours directly from the new window!
They also explained away some of the confusion over the Super Shipments.
Union Hall allows you to send and request Super Shipments, as well as build from and upgrade your NYC construction properties.
The image is what is confusing players. When clicking the "Ask for all part" button, you are asking your mafia to send you Super Shipments and not Special Parts. It just so happens they threw an image of the Special Part. Mystery Shipments will contain 0-6 Construction Parts.
