Finally, the Skill Point Reallocation is available in the Marketplace. The last time we saw this thing was on July 22nd. I was worried they had done away with it. You can reallocate up to 60 Skill Points. To find the option, go to the Marketplace and click on the "Stats" tab and scroll through the items.
