Boost Mastery Repeat Bug

I'm really getting tired of things not working in this game! I have no Trigger Happys even though I completed the Mission and they dropped, my Family Boss Fight is a total mess and now I can't repeat the Boost Mastery Event. You would think they could at least get this one right! No matter where or how many gifts I accept, my progress stays at 0.
And yes, I did click the "Do It Again" button!
UPDATE: I contacted Customer Support and was offered 60 Reward Points to buy off the last two events. That's not going to cut it. I would need 612 Reward Points.
After pointing out the above, I was told to try again in 18 hours. I did that and this was my result.

I have the same problem with the trigger happys, I emailed Zynga and was told my problem has been passed onto the development team, I waited about 12 hours then went to live chat, the girl was very helpful but also told me she would have to pass it to the development team so they could investigate my account more before giving me the items..

  4. I must have had 70 or so Arrow Shafts and Quivers until yesterday in my gift queue to be accepted, until last night, then they were all gone. Zyngonian Bastardos!

  5. @ Chaos . Miguel C is the worst ever CS agent i've ever come across in the whole of my life...he only redirects to a few links and doesn't even compensate with anything.
    Next time when i see him on chat , i'll immediately disconnect the chat and try again hoping to get a different CS agent...Anybody is fine , but not Miguel C

  6. What can I say the Arch Enemy has almost ended and the issue has not been resolved. Do we get compensated I am wondering.
