I've discussed the Slum Lord Boost when it was first introduced with the Secret Drop feature back in September of last year (1). Now that it also drops from Mystery Boost Packs and is more readily available, it's a good time to review it again. Collect Slum Lord Boosts from Secret Drops and Mystery Boost Packs.
Slum Lord Boosts are used as soon as you collect on any property. If your boosts are turned off, they will still be utilized.
Each Slum Lord Boost works on only one property. If you use the "Collect All" button, all of your boosts up to the number of properties that are collected upon will be used. I was saving mine for my Mega Casino and all 3 disappeared when I collected on my Brazil Properties.
If your working on your New York money achievements, it's best to search for these boosts right before you are ready to collect on your Mega Casino. I run the Get-a-Nator and get my 3 Secret Drops for the day then open a bunch of Mystery Boosts if I didn't get one from the Secret Drop.
When it's time for you to collect on your Mega Casino, make sure you use the individual "Collect" button and not the "Collect All".
Normally, I would collect $239,062,320,000 from my Mega Casino every 48 hours (assuming that nobody robbed it). With the Slum Lord Boost, I get $358,593,480,000. It doesn't seem like much when you need 999 Trillion dollars but every little bit helps.
It doesn't seem like much when you need 999 Trillion dollars but every little bit helps. I have over 126 Trillion dollars and should be able to complete it in a few months.
Once the Ruby Loot Event is over, I'll use my energy to do the Agostino Cleto Boss Fight as many times a day as possible. My pay out for each fight is currently about the same as what I can collect on my Mega Casino and very soon it will exceed that.

Sadly I am one who missed on robbing glitch.. So now working on "What's after Trillion?" achievement the hard way.
ReplyDeleteStarted towards it with 10 Trillion on 5th June, and trying to add-up 10% everyday with AC Boss Fight. In 43 days I have reached 250 Trillion. And if it goes according to my plan (and no zynga glitch), I shall be obtaining this achievement before 10th of August. :)
Anybody know why my Agostino changed to these stats a couple months back? It makes it no longer worth it to do the job.
ReplyDeleteRisk: $28,791,370
Payout:
$9,597,123
Experience:
972
Energy Requires:
694
16 Mafia
How is you Agostino at that value? My value is 424,800. Thats why i never did this method. Im lvl 2200
ReplyDeleteI think the pay out depends on how much money you have in cash NOT banked. I've given up on that, it happens or it does not. I guess I will finish this in my next life, will leave the game to my heirs hehe
ReplyDeleteAgostino pays you 0,18% of your total cash (not banked founds, it has to be in cash!!!), and the amount you "put at risk" is 3 times that, 0,54%
ReplyDeleteFastest way to build your money to get better outcome from Agostino is to rob in NY...also better xp-rate than most energy-job anyway.
...and you don't need to heal to rob!
...but still: 0,18% is a low rate for the Agostino-job!!!
@Brett: Perhaps at that time you've just banked your NY money in order to get one of the achievements? Try to put your cash back in the hand and it should return close to whatever value it was before (The payout is determined by the amount of NY cash currently on hand, not the banked ones)
ReplyDeleteTo get more money from AC, you have to get a lot of money at hands. [bank won't help, sorry!]
ReplyDelete@Brett/Anonymous: For ACBF
ReplyDeleteEnergy required: 20% of total energy.
XP/Energy Ratio: 1.4
Payout: 0.18% of Cash in Hand(cash in bank does not count)
Risk: 0.54% of Cash in Hand.
If your figures don't match these, contact customer support.. Who Know you may get your "What's after T" this way ;)
Thanks for the help people. I was banking my money without realizing it. What a waste! But at least I got him to give me lots of $$$ again.
